Gee, I don't know Armz. Maybe because they have limited slots for the testing so they want actual residents who have an interest in it for professional reasons to be able to get those spots rather than wasting them on some fucking weebs who won't matter in the long run?

Not saying the guy should have just been able to get away with it, but lets not pretend the environment where it happened wasn't setup to be sleazy in the first place. Probably is. Josh is a part time wagie at a theme park, she gets part time gig work doing her closed caption bullshit but apparently it's not regular enough to rely on for rent. Some people suspect a side racket of selling pills. It's entirely possible they're just in a shitty 1 bedroom or studio apartment in a crappy part of town, or maybe even somehow managed to get in on some low income housing shit.

But at the end of the day she's a lazy retard. This is the same idiot who went to an anime convention at the beginning of January while sick, without any consideration for getting other people sick or that she'd need to be able to pay rent at the end of the month. Literally could not think 3 weeks ahead.

edit: Further proving my point, by supposedly barely making rent for last month, having her car breakdown, and no steady income for rent for next month she's out shopping. Didn't say what she bought, just that she's out shopping even though rent will be due again in 3 weeks
