Like I said above, while I don't really like Kurt's joke, I think that it's just a bad, awkward joke. It was a non-graphic joke about non-descript 17 year old girl vs. very graphic jokes about an actual 11 year old girl.

I read it as a joke from an autistic person who tried to show off his lawyer knowledge about the age of consent in his state and include it - not really understanding how it will look, and very possibly not really wanting to pursue a 17y/o. And if we compare it to things he said in the last stream, or stream before etc, it would be very different. But with a liar who lies, it's a Sisyphean task.

What I have seen of his "trial commentary" is mostly just him shitting on everyone based on their looks, voice, intelligence, whether he likes them, etc. Sometimes he is just angrily screaming at them. Only a minuscule amount of it is actually "valuable trial commentary."
