I really don't think he's coming back.

If he ever explodes in notoriety to warrant audio readings, fanart, and other forms of OC I can guarantee that he will make a return to yell at us or boast about the pending lawsuit.

Or at the very least, whining on his newly created website trying to take down the Farms.

Obviously because the school has a policy that all staff are trained to recognize autism and other neurological and psychiatric conditions, that means they should recognize his symptoms and sit back and do absolutely nothing while he goes on rampages.

You'd think mommy would have been so quick to tell the faculty about the little pansy being slow in da head so he would get special attention and looked after. Maybe even the head of the school would have asked some girls to befriend him like happened with Chris Chan! Where was his overbearing and coddling mother when the time came to enroll him? Why weren't the staff alerted to the fact that Skylar was on the spectrum? The wrong end of it at that!

Oh right, I guess his mom was probably out boozing it up and cheating on his dad while the father was leading the boy scouts in learning the pleasures of anal sex and blow jobs.

I told you fuckers the audio was Fort Knox. I am still laughing over the first one, only one I had a chance to listen to thus far.

I also like @Null getting the domain of his name and redirecting here. HAHAH Mess with the Null, you get the horns.

Also, are daddy and mom divorced? Father seems conspicuously absent. Wonder the situ there? Also, in some of the docs I read it mentioned his two sisters and at least one of them apparently is cut from the same cloth given the comments in it.

Negotiation is not a family trait in his line both him and his mother have no clue what position they're in and keep trying to pull fast ones on the school board. They should have just been grateful for letting him finish the semester but they want to try to intimidate and try some ineffective crude version of Saul Alinsky's tactics.

Dad is pretty active in boy scouts. The most cursory google search for him in Helena is pages of boy scout shit. Here's his scouts.org profile (archive). Also found that his scout troop/pack/den/whatever is associated with the Lady of the Valley church in Helena.

Edit: Dad has a myspace! https://myspace.com/montanarunner

It would of course be nice if this could be a wake up call for him, but I doubt it.

Let's be honest, none of us, myself definitely included, want for him to have a wake up call. We want to see him making a damn fool of himself

Anyway, having listened to the first of the audio recordings, I actually felt a few glimmers of sympathy for the Ittners, somewhere down in the briny pickle barrel that passes for my soul. It would suck to suddenly realize that what you thought was a chance to argue your case was really just a pro forma bureaucratic session, and that you'll never even get to be in the same building as the real decision-makers, let alone have any constructive input into the process.
At this point, a normal person would say: "Well that's too bad, but ultimately this is a private institution and they can run themselves however they want whether I like it or not."
Whereas a lolcow would say: "DOUBLE DOWN AND SPERG HARDER!!"

In fact, I've gone on record as believing that the latter is a pretty good definition of a lolcow. And so here we all are!

The first one (the more informal meeting where they offer him a path forward) is hilarious and I appreciate you sharing and encouraging us to listen.

To be honest though, I found the other two audio logs of the formal disciplinary hearings more infuriating than funny. They consist of Skylar just repeatedly acting incredibly smug and condescending and thinking he's checkmating the school staff while he goes off on asinine tangents that are completely and obviously irrelevant and immaterial to the subject at hand at the given time. The people directing the hearings have to repeatedly steer things back on track and repeatedly explain to Skylar why his points are not relevant before he drops them. He also constantly interrupts people and SHOUTS even in the context of a hearing with formal rules where only certain people are supposed to be allowed to speak at a time.

Wrong. The first audio recording was an informal attempt for the school to try to work things out with him in a manner that could work for all parties concerned. The Ittners rejected it because they are special snowflakes who would accept nothing less than a formal apology and no consequences whatsoever for Skylar's actions. The only reason he and his mother thought it was the time to argue was because they are imbeciles.

The other two audio recordings are formal disciplinary hearings in which Skylar very much had the opportunity to argue his case, but he had no case.

First recording: "I have a meeting with Emily Weideman and Catherine Day, during which I was given something analogous to a plea deal. I recorded the entire meeting, carefully following state law and college policy while doing so. Listen to the recording above, and click the button below for the “deal” I was given."

Second recording: "The Student Conduct Hearing takes place. You can listen to the official recording here."

Third recording: "The Equal Opportunity Grievance Committee is held."

The first one simply wasn't the time and place to present or argue a case, but that came later.
