Obviously because the school has a policy that all staff are trained to recognize autism and other neurological and psychiatric conditions, that means they should recognize his symptoms and sit back and do absolutely nothing while he goes on rampages.

Also, are daddy and mom divorced? Father seems conspicuously absent. Wonder the situ there? Also, in some of the docs I read it mentioned his two sisters and at least one of them apparently is cut from the same cloth given the comments in it.

I told you fuckers the audio was Fort Knox. I am still laughing over the first one, only one I had a chance to listen to thus far.
Anyway, having listened to the first of the audio recordings, I actually felt a few glimmers of sympathy for the Ittners, somewhere down in the briny pickle barrel that passes for my soul. It would suck to suddenly realize that what you thought was a chance to argue your case was really just a pro forma bureaucratic session, and that you'll never even get to be in the same building as the real decision-makers, let alone have any constructive input into the process.
