Because he emails his mother "lol" right after receiving the school wide email, I infer they knew it would cause problems and possibly his mother helped him design the posters so they could not be declared hate speech. In the first recording, she seems to be very familiar with the design choices he made.

He was fucked because his own actions made it impossible to dispute the conduct charges. That doesn't mean he didn't get the chance to present his own arguments in his defense; he simply had no reasonable arguments in his defense. I just wanted to clarify that although in the first audio recording he's explicitly told that it wasn't the appropriate forum to present his case, that doesn't mean he was deprived of the opportunity to do so entirely. The college staff were consistently fair and reasonable while Skylar was acting like a madman, threatening them, and comparing them to SJWs, Nazis and the people who killed Jesus.

I think that's yet another reason why the first audio is hilarious and the other two are boring though. The first depicts him being offered his only viable path forward in spite of his dipshittery, and him idiotically refusing to play ball in spite of it being the only option in his interests, and acting outraged at being offered another chance he didn't deserve. The situation and his reaction and decision were comical. While the other two recordings do indeed just depict the inevitable playing out after he more or less sealed his fate already.

I dont know if you have had an opp to read all the PDFs he has on the site, but I went through the timeline couple nights back and read everything. Like I mentioned, he has the autistic linear thinking trait so everything is perfectly organized chronologically. I just started at the first event and went through it all. Listened to first audio thriller while reading. If you have yet to do that, you may want to. The PDFs are hyperlinked at the bottom of the event if one is present. Like the audio, a lot of the docs contain stuff that is worthy of a read for more laughs.

I bring the docs up because I don't believe anyone mentioned his counter-proposal to the school after that fun 1st encounter. Here is his counter-proposal:

PS, that PDF I got that from...was heavily secured. I had to do print screens instead of extraction as a jpg.

OK, this guy's ego is massively inflated (something something Dobson) and we know he has an inability to keep his mouth shut and runs to Mommy whenever shit hits the fan.

Mommy has Downs syndrome and has a tendency to tard rage into any organization that so much holds her precious snowflake accountable to his actions.

So the question is, where is Mama Bear? She had to know about us by now, where is our two-for-one Lolcow special?
