Basically he's lazy and he wants a system that incentivizes laziness. There's no actual deep thought going on here.

In a way communism does incentivizes laziness but only due to everyone is starving and don't have enough energy to be productive.

There's an extreme amount of salt on that tweet right now, featuring an appearance from Deo as well. Judging by the appearance of familiar names and just how often they seem to pop up related to anything either alt-furry or antifa/communist furry, some of these people are worth digging into more.
