I think the infantile drawing style magnifies it even further. I mean, it's creepy as all Hell when baby talking fluffballs are raped and murdered, but when they're drawn poorly, it adds another layer of horror. Aspiring horror writers, take note here.

I've seen a bit of HTF and found it amusing. Not for children, obviously, but it's meant to be so over the top and dark. Fluffies just... I mean, it takes a seriously fucked=up mind to find amusement in the torture of helpless and innocent creatures. Annoying as the Fluffies and their babytalk is, they're just innocent creatures who want cuddles and nom-noms. It's the same with Blue Moon Nursery (there's a thread for it here)

It's one thing to want to torture someone for revenge or whatever. Like the movie 'Law Abiding Citizen' (IIRC) The man who did the torture was justifiably angry and what he did was gruesome, but his victim was far from innocent. Bot to derive pleasure in hurting something harmless, something that hasn't committed a crime in their life, for shits and giggles isn't going to speak well for the people who get off on this.

I'm not sure whether this should make it more disturbing, or if this is somehow better, but from what I've seen it's mostly just internet edgelords similar to the ones you'd find shitting up threads on 4chan. While there are undoubtedly some that should seek fucking help because there's no way they're not torturing animals in their crawl space, most of them are just chucklefucks that think mindless violence/suffering is funny and they treat the whole abuse thing as a means to an end for fucking with people. Most of them seem to live relatively normal lives and some even have pretty high paying jobs (I remember in one of their threads one of the members mentioned that he was like an engineer that helps design cars or some shit). They mostly just seem to be a group of meckbeards and stunted edgelords ruling people up.

There actually are a few people that try to make their content more about black comedy than just plain ol' brutality. Credit where credit is due some of it got a slight chuckle out of me, but it's still shit and far too fucked up to be all that funny. There are a few brave souls out there that like to edit abuse comics to make them actually funny instead.

Yeah this is sort of a litmus test to see if you are a complete degenerate. I have some online friends and this came up in a discussion of bad things on 4chan. One of my friends was talking about having a straight up falling out with someone because they started sending him this shit thinking he would like it cause it was edgy dark humor and he lets the guy know that yooooooo that is serial killer and homeschool shooter garbage. The kicker is the guy straight up starts trying to defend it as though he doesn't understand the joke or get it. Like its some highbrow concept or meta joke normies don't get.

I have been somewhat concerned that pathetic, low quality behavior like retard trolling was going to eventually result in stuff like this. Now you have mouth breathers churning out vile snuff porn thinking they are some dark master who is somehow going to shock /b/ on 4chan with their latest fluffy pony snuff porn.

While trolling is by its very nature anti social, at least you should try to keep your self respect while you denigrate and bamboozle your mark. These guys took the self insulting nature of the look how dumb and obnoxious I am retard troll and combine it with the full on desperation of someone who plays Family Guy clips in public for attention. Where they giddily share pictures they drew of a small animal being abused with a screwdriver in an attempt to disgust and shock while trying to attract like minded mutants for mutual ass pats.

regardless of whether or not it's some kind of meta dark edgy humor, you know there's someone out there fapping to it. those are the kinds of people that are fucked in the head beyond redemption. the edgelords that create it but don't actually fap to it are just normal levels of retarded, not terminally and irredeemably retarded.

but then again, there's so many ways to be edgy on the internet that don't involve this extremely specific niche. if someone invests time into making a shit ton of this stuff, then you've really gotta question if it's still ironic...

I know what you mean. I don’t think I, as an aspiring writer of the horror genre, can come up with anything this macabre, this vile, this despicable. I’m the kind of guy who walks around my college campus, discussing grisly crime scene details into an RCA handheld voice recorder. I’m the kind of guy who can get into the heads of my characters. Even the serial killers. It’s ugly, but I guess it’s necessary if you want to achieve verisimilitude. The point I’m trying to make is that there’s a good line between reality and fiction. For me, the suffering that the victims of my killers endure is unbearable, and keeps me up nights. For these psychopaths, writing fictional acts of sadism on innocents may be a pragmatic means of unleashing otherwise socially unacceptable behavior, or worse, warm-up sessions for real world carnage. The scary thing is the ambiguity. For all we know, this could be the work of a really good troll.
