- Phil started 30 minutes late after mentioning on twitter that he was in a bad mood and might have to deal with some personal stuff
- Apparently he got a phone call about some shit (I missed that because my connection was busy with more important things)
- "I'm late, I didn't to be late, I had more personal shit creep up on me"
- "Every 3 months there is something crazy that happens and throw me for a loop and screws everything up"
- "Just to warn everybody (he says he made the emergency video) coming up there's going to be a lot of things going to be wonky like the schedule" etc etc etc
- This friday some dude is coming to his house to check his fire alarm (he says this is unrelated to his emergency situation)
- On Monday he won't be able to stream, he says he has "something going on" and first stream will likely be delayed.
- "I would honestly expect a lot of stuff to be kind of weird going forward because of this personal stuff going on"
- "It just sucks that today I had to make a bunch of phone calls today before starting up"
- "As I said on the video on Monday, the best thing you can do for me now is to be positive, supportive and be nice to me"

- He's going on about why Mario vs Rabbids is getting continuously delayed. Says its the "hardcore gaming seasons" that is to blame, and that something has to suffer but he understands why people would be upset and he apologizes for it. "Sadly, I'm only one man"

- Goes on about how Leanna gave moral support and how having someone who "loves you" is a good thing (that he apparently misses)
- He's saying its hard to keep up with everything and its difficult.

- He's up to ~750 viewers now, at 20 minutes into his stream (50 minutes after scheduled start time)
- People are bitching at him to actually play the game (this person got banned)
- Someone asked a question about how tax works with tips/cheers:
- "all income you bring in via livestreams is taxable income"
- He says he has an accountant and he pays the accountant. All tips/cheers/subs are taxable income.
- This would heavily imply that the IRS tax audit thing is a total non-starter.
- People (myself included) are getting really bored of the prestream

"Every three months something crazy happens..." Monday it was 6 months today it is 3. Also how interesting something just happens to come up every 3 months that leads to mass donations for a person who bitches about how expensive his taxes are, which he files quarterly. Nothing to do with his current situation just an observation.

It still gets me how he's complaining often lately about not having enough time to cook healthy/real food for dinner. And lamenting that he used to get his meals prepared for him when Leanna was there. Apparently single working adults cannot find the time to cook meals. Doesn't he own a freakin pressure cooker? you can pretty much cook anything in those with minimal effort and prep. He claimed to have used it (probably Leanna) a bunch in the past. He's just exceptionally lazy.

I don't want to speculate about what the "personal emergency" is again. However both in the vlog and on prestream he has blamed Leanna for not being at his side while discussing the emergency. So it is either her fault he's losing his house or it has something to do with her or her family. He said he's not getting sued so maybe there is some sort of civil suite her family is filing to get money from him for Leanna.

Hey don't compare him to me. I've never begged for filthy human money and my loyal companion Gir has never left me.
My prediction is that this "problem" is a huge bag of nothing. That or it's a thing non-manbabies deal with all the time. I'm sure now that he has no real life people to talk to he gets even more antsy when things don't go exactly his way.

Hey guys, not sure if this has been posted before but i did some digging and found the following after a ballache of a search, not sure if relevant but I did notice:
1. Leanna not on the property
2. he owes almost 2k in property tax by october
3. his name is listed as "Phil Burell" - could be a typo or could be to throw people off the scent, either way might help to shed light on the vlahg

He's got another $830 (roughly) due on his condo in CT by 1/1/2018. Check out the town of Stratford's tax collectors' website for more details.

Oh I feel bad for the local FD guy who has to set foot in the gout chamber. Can you imagine how bad Phil and that condo must smell by now? And the dust? Jesus, poor guy's gonna need his fire fighting mask + filter to breathe.
"Be nice to me" is something I'd expect from a toddler, not a 35 year old man. But I guess everyone knows asking people to be nice to you is street smart as fuck.
Translation:

"Help With" implies he applied effort and did things to begin with. We all know he didn't do shit around the house, and that Leanna did everything. Him bitching and crying about things being "difficult" is proof enough. "I have to actually do things around the house? CAHMAN DOOD! WAAAAH!"

Does he really think that he'd be off the hook because his name is spelled wrong? Like the tax collectors are gonna go "Darn! We can't collect his money from Burnell since his name is 'Burell' on the documents! Next time, DSP!"
And I'm automatically assuming he did it on purpose for nefarious purposes, because this is Phil BURNELL and he gets no benefit of the doubt.

So it seems like his emergency next month is roughly $3000.
Looking at this cynically, Phil's upcoming big October payday is probably just enough to cover it, and he's buttmad that despite working his ass off to panhandle online, he won't be able to take another staycation and pay his other bills as he has done in the past.
I can see this being him crying wolf again to drum up money he feels entitled to after feeling a dip in his coffers these last few weeks. I'm not going to jump to the conclusion he's in danger yet, but that's a good sign that his returns are diminishing to levels affecting the lifestyle he won't let go of.
