Hold the phone - I've read the pastebin log and he doesn't identify her, how were you able to Facebook stalk her? Did he give out her name and other details outside the chat? Did he share her profile?

No, he never identified her. Us sweaty neckbeards got there ourselves. I never personally harassed the girl, shared her information or know of anyone who did, besides Destiny sharing that one picture.

You should really move on from this topic, there's much more flavourful dirt on Destiny than this red herring.

And anyone claiming they could never be physically attracted to a 15 year old is lying to themselves.

Sure, something i don't think has been mentioned here was the whole Bluetea episode.

Destiny had a thing for this female SC2 player with the nick Bluetea, they played a few games, hit it off and they started exchanging nudes. Destiny then thought it was entirely appropriate to share these nudes in a chatroom with myself, and a few other guys in the scene, while calling her Shrek, Butterface, unfuckable, etc. etc.

This lead to the quite well known thing where Destinys twitter was "hacked" and his dick pic was made public.

It also lead to a lot of people contacting Destinys sponsors at the time, letting them know what was going on. Destiny got massively butthurt over this, somehow he didn't think the way he portrayed himself in public should have an effect on possible sponsors.

yeah the dick pic part is, but not the why of it.

Getting your nudes leaked online isn't really Lolcow material, getting them leaked because you degraded a girl with access to your e-mail, twitch and twitter accounts sure is.

I wish i had logs of everything back then, its 5-7 years back so most of it is hazy.
Here are some things i distinctly remember though:
Often talking about rape, and how you could get away with it, pretty sure he let his fantasy slip on stream a few times aswell.
Somehow he managed working 60h/week and only getting paid $2k monthly as a carpet cleaner.
He now claims that he got fired off his Casino job for telling another employee they would be fired if they showed up late, in reality he would constantly be late for work due to playing video games, or just not wanting to work.
Just the whole way he writes and talks when he thinks hes in private is odd, im like 99% sure hes actually a sociopath.
He often talked about how he wouldn't fuck someone, because he was scared of getting jailbaited.
He would ask us to create j.tv and twitch accounts and go follow his stream and mute and minimize, to make it look more active.

Theres shitloads more, i'll get back to it i just want to be atleast 90% sure what i'm saying isnt just me misremembering.

Now i could cop out and just say it was purely for entertainment, but thats not true. I was in a group of likeminded people (Gamers, not rapists, calm down now), thankfully i'm at a different place mentally now, than i was then. I guess you could say it was kind of a cult, Destiny has a massive fucking ego and is a borderline if not complete sociopath. Someone with that much confidence has a very easy time gathering a hardcore following of betas, nerds, introverts and autists.

Got involved through shared interest, Starcraft. Made friends with him and others in the community, eventually got invited to a few skype convos and IRC chatrooms.

We found the account the usual ways, CBIR, known information etc.

Yeah it was passed around between the guys, i don't believe anyone ever harassed or contacted her though.

And yeah its nothing new, i don't have any hard evidence, i was never prolific about saving logs or shit like that.

What i would like to achieve by posting here is this:
Yes, Destiny is fucked up, and there's lots of evidence that proves this, but there's also a shit ton of misinformation going around.

What misinformation? You haven't been clear on that. Because it's all mostly from his mouth - the bikini pics of the 15 year old girl, using ethnic slurs on game chat, raping and killing a girl behind an Arby's in 2013. It's all there.

Let's be real here. A lot of European countries are reasonable and have age of consent set to 14-15-16.
(might I add that not a single one of these countries has problems with teen pregnancy like Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas etc.)

Now the logs of that skype group have been posted on Pastebin in 2012, it might even be older than that. Destiny is like what? 28-29 now? That was 6 years ago. In most European countries him having sex with that girl would've been legal.

Yes, because they're not "matured" by any meaningful metric dude. The legal status of an act does not in any way reflect upon the morality of it, and that aside the main reason for the legal age of consent in such countries to be so low is so that people of that age can fuck each other and not get in trouble for it. It's not for grown-ass people to go cradle-robbing, which you even suggesting that it is is the reason why people like myself are for more nuanced "Romeo and Juliet" style laws to be implemented instead so that we don't have people extrapolating from the fact that it's legal the entirely fucking wrong message.
