DA archive confirms that he maintained Fanime imageboard (source), described as following:

I can't recall the exact details, since archive.org doesn't have a complete record of events at the original ED and WhatPort80. In mid-2010, TGcomix was editing ED as "Rizden". I blocked him, and he complained to a few sysops at WhatPort80:

ED and WhatPort80 didn't have a strict anti-pedophile policy back then, and my approach to being a sysop at the time was to be Mr. Approachable, the wiki's listener.

TGcomix actually liked me during this time. He even called me ED's fairest sysop. This changed in April 2011, when I nominated one of TGcomix's images at Commons for deletion:

TG only seemed to care about documenting spanking and making up a faux history of 1970s spanking comics of his own creation mixed in with real history, I actually bought into it for a while. If there was anything besides that, is there a cliff's notes? Nope, not him, I tried mailing him before, not very active. Fascinated by the dedication, always interesting when civil conversations are possible.

I'm going to be as polite as possible:

NO.

I have personally dealt with him, he is a deviant whose capability for civility does not disguise his ardent desire to spread the normalization of sexualizing children and he argues for such activity wherever he goes.

We have no need of his deviance here, and given what I've heard in the past, he's also tried to get sites shut down by spamming child porn on them (he tried this on some chat boards awhile back apparently), and Null shouldn't have to deal with that shit.

Well yeah, those comics he did seem like a clear attempt to depict erotic spanking, but that's as far as I can recall him going with it. In terms of the extent people go in art or fanfics, stopping at spanking is controversial but still comparatively tame.
