Because she hates anything "rightwing" and associates it with evil, people on the right need to be placed under a state of constant scrutiny in which anything they say is automatically assumed to have bigoted implications unless they can prove otherwise.

Nyk assumes these people are garbage to the core of their being and that their ideas are inherently uninformed and illogical, just full stop, no opportunity to redeem yourself. Once Nyk has blacklisted you, it's vendetta for life. Unless he wants to get into your pants, like with Theryn, but only if you do a full 360 like Theryn did and
go full SJW. He wanted to get into Blaire's pants too but she was already taken and
called him a weirdo to his face on Twitter after
he accused her of being cam whore (if there was any doubt in your mind that Nyk really does see Blaire as just another piece of meat to fap to), so she goes to the top of his vendetta shitlist and gets the hate-fuck video treatment, because Nyk is still butthurt that sexy hot Blaire said no to his ego.
A good example of this is that she hates Blaire White for admitting that she's biologically male and that she knows that she can never change this, yet in one of Contra's twitter threads about dysphoria she herself admitted that she's unsatisfied with living in a male body and that she would definitely transform herself into a cis woman if it could be done.
It's even worse than that. You noted how Nyk will say he wishes he could turn himself into a woman. He never says he wishes he could turn off his gender dysphoria and just be happy with whom he is and not be dysphoric at all. Blaire on the other hand said that she wishes there was a way to treat gender dysphoria itself so that there was an alternative form of treatment to transitioning because "it's a very faulty process", and Nyk and others roasted her for saying that because in his warped mind (and remember, Nyk only knows HRT, he does not know what it's like to go under the knife, so he literally has no idea WTF he's on about) a transperson acknowledging how violent, invasive, tasking and error-prone transitioning is and wishing there was some other treatment is "advocating conversion therapy" in his one-track mind. Nyk hates Blaire because she said the equivalent of "I as a cancer survivor wish there was no cancer at all" rather than "I wish there was better radiation treatment". That simple statement, from someone who unlike Nyk has been through a lot of procedures Nyk has yet to experience, makes Blaire a bigot in Nyk's warped brain. Well fuck that and fuck him. I hope once he has been under the knife himself he finally realizes how stupid that was and apologizes profusely to Blaire.
Another is that she considers Nazi jokes a veil for actual facism, yet makes them in her own videos and even dresses up as one for comedy.
Come on now, it was obvious he loved dressing up as Fritz, the stripper boots, the Nazi hat, his bulging crotch piece, Nyk loves all that BDSM shit, he got to practice his shitty German from trying to read Bach’s St. Matthew Passion in the original, Fritz was the perfect character for Nyk. Now he says he cannot do Fritz because of the dysphoria, so he made Fritz into Freya but won't film her from the chest down because of the dys, whatever, more of Nyk's usual self-sabotage destroying his own character just to prove to everyone how much he suffers the unbearable dys. Fritz was an opportunity for Nyk to be the exhibitionistic narcissistic manipulative sadist he dreams of being, breezing his way through every debate with targeted winks, pointed sarcasm and clever wit as opposed to substantive argument. That's why everyone loved that character, because Nyk visibly relished it and people could tell it was true to his heart so it was fun to watch. Watching a narcissist parody another narcissist is genuinely funny in a way nothing Nyk has done since is or will be. RIP Fritz.

Either that or it is the narcissism, he just arrogantly assumes that no one notices the illogic or hypocrisy because he expects everyone to be thunderstruck by his awesomeness. People don't watch Black Swan to follow the plot, they just watch the movie to see Natalie Portman.
Wow, I never realized that he started using the name "Natalie" which is the name of the actress in Black Swan... dang.
I don't know if Nyk named himself after Natalie Portman, honestly. AFAIK he has never explained why he adopted that name or the Wynn middle-name, I just know he is obsessed with the movie Black Swan, has referred to it in videos,
has tweeted about it being one of "the movies that have defined me", has mentioned it in Livestreams and basically wants everyone to see it, so it made the most sense. Before he transitioned and while he was starting out with his comeback to Youtube as ContraPoints v. 2.0, Nyk still had a girlfriend and he made her watch Black Swan, but she hated it and told him it was sexist and that relationship capsized. He told this story in one of his Livestreams about making his girl watch Black Swan and being still upset that she didn't like it. Keep in mind also that the name Natalie is a Jewish name, so by adopting that name Nyk also gets to LARP being Jewish when he's not, which he probably thinks is a great and funny way to piss off the neonazis who hate Jews. I think it's pretty obvious that Nyk likes petites brunettes like Portman and Blaire White, but he has to know (in his spare sober moments) that he just can't pull that off, no matter how obsessed he is with Black Swan.
Edit: Nyk is at VidCon right now with many of the known Lolcows reinforcing his LARP, so
here is a picture of Nyk at VidCon from last year. This is probably one of the last public pictures of Nyk as a man before he began with the LARP. If I am not mistaken this picture was taken about a month before he ordered HRT from the internet and began self-medicating.
