I think they are probably real, but the picture is too small for me to tell for sure. Assuming real, none of those guns is less than $1k all told with the possible exception of the one owned by ginger-trans-Skillex (lol MBUS sights with no optics, what are you doing), and some look like they could be more expensive (4 of those look like they have minimum $400 dollar optics if they aren't knockoffs, more if they got good mounts for them) so the meme of "well off social justice warriors" would hold in this case.

Eh, probably not going to make any difference. The evidence is circumstantial at best and given how politically charged the event in question was the courts will most likely attempt to bury the defendant because of his political leanings. See the Deandre Harris verdicts.
