Just to make this clear, because it seems some people think Amber went to the doctor again/has been seeing a doctor. (Not calling you out in particular)
Amber went to the doctor in March. The reasons, according to Amber, was that Eric said she was jaundiced and because she "kept on getting sick". Amber was physically present before the doctor ONCE.
I suspect Amber told the doctor that she was getting sick a lot and also that she was depressed.
We know she fed the doctor the "I'm depressed" shtick because she showed the form on camera. The doctor did recommend therapy.
Now, the reason I've been "defending" the doctor ever since is that Amber very likely went into the office with a very specific complaint - keep on getting sick. Many of the procedures a doctor would be able to perform in the office don't apply to Amber (things like checking lymph nodes, for example), so the doctor collected a simple blood sample to get a white blood cell count.
Amber's video saying her blood test came back normal only means her white blood cell count was normal. I.e. no bacterial or viral infection.
Later this year Amber made a video to justify not having gone to a therapist yet. She said that the doctor (GP, whom she only saw once) hadn't contacted her yet to tell Amber when the appointment with the therapist would take place.
It does sound like she didn't get a full blood work done. If the doctor wants to do more blood work and test lipids... I would think that would be one of the very first things the doctor would of tested along with her thyroid and for diabetes. Her cholesterol has gotta be through the roof. Maybe they tested for diabetes because when she had the video calling the doctor she said she wanted to get checked for diabetes.
