I think at that point they’d tase him because he’s declared insane and dangerous. And who knows, I’ve seen cops shoot people for not complying to their orders for one reason or another. If you’ve got a decapitated puppy on your dick, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got hit by a “misfire” or “resisting arrest.”

This seems highly unlikely... what kind of fucking goober of a police officer tells a random person with no jurisdiction to go clean up a third party site instead of immediately contacting the owner of said site?

I'm no lawfag, but I guess it's possible Levi could pull some bs about his private correspondence being unlawfully exposed, rendering them inadmissible as evidence. Which sounds dumb as hell, but it's just a guess. Even in that case, that's entirely on Akela for leaking it into the public like a mong instead of taking it to police in the first place.

I wonder if that would fly in the first place. Although they did log into his account and leak it, the people who did it had been talking to him and in the same group chats as well.

Maybe I'm getting confused, but wasn't he the one that willingly gave them his login information?

All sites in some form have a thing of, "You share your account, it's not yours anymore."

You, agreeing to this, tells them they don't put insurance on you as a user. Cause you were the fucking idiot who gave up your username and password for your service. Anything that gets leaked at that point is inamissable.

Which means, I assume telegram, just like every other fucking place warns you. Don't do it. Which we have proof of him doing just that. He'd literally get laughed at.

That doesn't work. The exclusionary rule only applies when it's the police themselves who illegally obtained the material, and even then, only when it was through misconduct. The exclusionary rule itself may be going away thanks to Kavanaugh.

Thank you for clarifying, I wasn't really sure.

Sounds to me like Grizzly, like every other furry hanger-on in this mess, is just looking to get e-famous by trying to insert themselves as an authority on the investigation.

That's what I saw when I read the messages too. Cops are not forward, even if you offer or give them information willingly.

The most you'll get is a number or call back to a detective handling said case if it ever goes into discovery. Which, at that point, they need to compile everything they're given to possibly see if there are charges to be pressed.

My whole fit with people screaming they called the police and have apparently had these lengthy conversations about what is going to be done, to. The. Detail. Is what ruins a case, and can get everything in process thrown out by willingly giving that info to the public.

Aka, people on boxes with bullhorns are usually loud and stupid; relevation not surprising.

Grizzly is legit, and I spoke with them about this, and apparently this is coming off to the police on first blush as a group of cyberbullies picking on an autistic kid and his family. The police department that has to work on this is extremely small-town America (and in Oregon small-town America is extremely conservative and old-fashioned most of the time) and I wouldn't be surprised if nothing like this has ever happened to them. In the age of swatting, I can see this being a concern to a very small quiet police department. Take that how you will, but in that light I can understand the request. The big hurdle is convincing them to take this seriously and as real.

Then he should actually present proof of this to Null, which I doubt he has, instead of blabbing about it constantly.
