Artcow Michael John Kricfalusi / John Kricfalusi / John K. / John K. Stuff / Raymond Spum - scammer animator who pissed away his own career, salty blogger, CONFIRMED predator and child rapist

Would you mind explaining how? I'm curious.
I haven't read all of this dogpile so I don't know what was brought up, but it's just in his art and speech in general.

He calls the restaurant Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles "Roscoe's Chicken and N**gers".

He said once of Eric Bauza's vocal work that there's still a trace of "chinee" in it.

In all fairness, he hired many black and asian and gay people who weren't actively discriminated against, though.

I mentioned this earlier, but here is a page from the Spumco Comic Book:

You know, I honestly think digital coloring just did not flatter John’s style.

I was just looking at the overdone squash and stretch stuff he did for it since it is somehow completely missing anything akin to a heart or soul. But yeah, John K is pretty much the only dummy that gives a shit about Mr. Booze, which basically means this idiot character is his own Scrappy or Wesley.

When they fired him, one of the things they gave him as a sop to make him go away was giving him the rights to some characters including George Liquor, though for some reason, they specified that he wasn't allowed to make him a pedophile. That seemed more odd at the time than it does now. Isn't it some kind of strange parody of his father anyway?

I was thinking about the terrible coloring as well. Like, look at it. I have no sense of color theory and I can tell that's bad coloring.

They also told John he couldn't be a mass murderer, to which he retorted: "How many people does he have to kill before he's a mass murderer?"

It's pretty much his father. He has a strange... thing, for lack of a better word, for his father, and this is evident in all his work. Somewhere out there is an interview where he looks back on fondness that his dad perved on the 15-year-old he was dating.

(One thing I should mention about Nick giving John the rights to George Liquor is that they could still air the episodes with him, but couldn't make any new animation of him. This stymied the Games crew's efforts to redo parts of "Man's Best Friend" so they could air it; they either had to air it censored - which they didn't want to do - or uncut - which would never be allowed.)

Okay, I know I'm super :late:, but I wanted to post this for some time. I just couldn't find it because I could never get the comic name right.

My friend sent me this around the time it was posted and told me how creepy John was to female fans, so when his little doings were revealed, I wasn't surprised. I think what sort of kills me is this was put up in 2011, and the comments underneath this comic were mostly salt at how this was a cheap shot at John K.

I wonder if any of those old commentators are still in denial or regret their worship now.

Since you bring up disgruntled John K fans, I wonder if anyone in this thread has mentioned Themrock.

Obviously you can see a lot of artistic influence. One day, inexplicably Themrock went silent and then considered leaving DeviantArt entirely, and weeks later revealed he'd been devastated by the news that John K was such a disaster, and how this news reflected himself and his own art style. It's a sad bit of fallout that deserves it's own recognition, in my opinion. If you're the type to keep up on Themrock's art you probably understand where I'm coming from.

I remember that comic, after that Johnk made a long blog post I'd rather not link, basically what is "appealing and not appealing", basically Bob Clampett art and non-Bob Clampett art. Under the non-Bob art he threw up two of Kyles pictures.

If you REALLY want to see this, dig for it in this sperg-heavy blog post somebody did on Kyle that covers alot of comments that he made on JohnK, its more about Kyle but it sums up a bit of things, JohnK is sorta his "berserk button" :

Also, heres an older interview with John and some fan submitted questions like if he likes certain other cartoons, like Zim and Rocko: http://renandstimpyonline.tripod.com/index2/webchat.html

I feel his pain, for the past 10 years or so I actually wanted to get into TV cartoons myself, I wanted to teach those "evil executives" a thing or two, to make fun cartoons with decent morals to them (but not spoon fed). But then I saw how screwed up the industry really is, and its not the executives nor the business's. Its the special snowflakes that get hired to create Toon Boom cartoons, occasionally from a background of NSFW art. You cant blame business for samey art either, I've watched many newer pilots on youtube, many cartoons just look similar for whatever reason.

I wonder if any of those old commentators are still in denial or regret their worship now.

I'm sure that plenty fall into both of those roles, wasnt the Rick and Morty creator a fan?
I fall into the regret category, since for a time I swallowed his comments on the industry, his quite harsh idea of writing (he prefers that everything be written like an instruction book), and his ideas of appealing art (though I disliked the art he had been making in the 2000s-onward, and his absurd commission pricing at around $100). I never worshiped him in the way that others have (nor did he really influence my art).

I remember this from back when as well. This was part of a sequence that satirized some of the more notorious people in animation at the time. The strip before this had a parody of Amid Amidi, who flipped out into white hot pulsating rage at the mere mention of Family Guy. The strip afterward had the heroine literally get up on a soapbox to rant about animation.

Eddie Fitzgerald commented on the strip, and we haven't heard from him in a while, have we?

Everybody believed him for a while. Luckily, in the last decade, his narrative was largely proven false - and all this before the women came forward.

Regarding Bakshi, if you go to his Kickstarter page for The Last Days of Coney Island, you'll see a lot of negative posts from backers regarding not only the late delivery of the film (they somehow thought it would be ready two months after the end of the campaign, but it wasn't released until two and a half years later), the backer screening of the film (a lot of backers said they didn't get codes), and the failure to deliver on certain rewards (they ran out of money before they could manufacture DVDs). I'm sure most of these complaints are legitimate, but that's the risk you run when you give to a Kickstarter campaign. At the very least, he did finish the short. Thad Komorowski, who has been brought up here a lot due to his Ren and Stimpy book, did a write up that seems accurate about Coney Island but unnecessarily harsh towards Bakshi's career:

Last thing I've seen from Eddie was him closing his blog last year, otherwise hes gone quiet. I dunno whats up but he was one of Johnks most loyal/blind worshipers. I am glad that the "cats out of the bag" so to speak.

Supposedly he's moved to Pennsylvania recently.

Don't give much credence to that TVsKyle rant. It's from Chris Leonido (goes by clxcool on tumblr and shitter). The kid's obviously autistic and went apeshit that Kyle wasn't owing deference to his infliction and need to commentate on every thing ever so he felt the need to that long spiel. Also note that in his rant he brought up Eddie Fitzcocksucker's comment on Kyle's anti-John K. strip as valid criticism Kyle dismissed, so that tells you all you need to know about that particular monster r-tard. (WOW, you guys filter the "r-word", and let all this other shit go through? God.)

Well, I mean, Kyle is a close friend of Katie's. If your close friend got molested by John K, you probably wouldn't have much tolerance for stanning buttboys either.

I've read your post 2 or 3 times and I still have no clue what you're trying to tell me.
