Toys for Bob is notable because their 2010s output consists of Skylanders and the Crash/Spyro remakes which likely made Activision shitloads of money. If anything, they're making shitloads of money right now from how well those games are selling.
this has the potential for some severe law and autism episodes.
also looking at the surface theirs a company called toys for bob which is related to another company/developer called random access.
toys for bob parent company also happens to be Activision.

As for charities and Wardell, last I remember one can simply choose how much of the proceeds go to who. Even if Wardell makes cent, one could still make sure the money is adjusted to go more to charities but the Gnome wouldn't care about that, despite the beard giving off vibes of looking like one could of been on a registry.
