A woman's external genitalia is the most important factor for her to experience sexual pleasure so it isn't seen as a huge loss if fertility is gone. Troons, however, really see the dick holstering factor as the most important thing about being a woman. It is very telling. I don't think the "clit" that is fashioned out of a penis could possibly work as well as a clitoris or a penis wrt sexual pleasure.
It is also a result of making a decision like this as a teenager. Jazz was very clearly eager to be like everyone else, which matters less and less to people as they get older. Teenagers do stupid shit, you just hope they don't kill or maim someone with their mistakes. Unfortunately, Jazz was maimed. Most teenagers that maim themselves do it all on their own by driving carelessly or whatever, but in this case adults actively helped. The physicians should be held most accountable. They are all going to point the finger at WPATH about "standards of care" but I really doubt that will save any of them when things get to court because WPATH uses extremely low quality evidence to formulate their standards.
I was more disturbed by the "let me describe your personality to you" statements. I know, been awhile since I was a teen, and could just be how the clip was cut, but man was that uncomfortable. I could be reading too much into it, but it sounded like Jazz kind of lacks Theory of Mind.
