Rob probably isn’t anywhere near that level, but probably either is really lonely or feels some odd connection with Phil so he gives him his disability money.

Point being, Phil probably knows this about Rob and still accepts the money. You don’t accept that money. You refund that shit and thank the guy and tell him just watching the streams is more than enough. This puts Phil on a whole new level of fuckery.

I love how he's just as dense and oblivious irl as when he's playing games. Stream has to end an hour early, still does a 1hr+ pre-stream. I wonder how he could've have somehow squeezed an extra hour of streaming in between hmm...

I'll never get it, he says nothing of note to warrant anywhere close to how long his pre-streams run. 10 minutes max would work so much better. This is just peak laziness.
