Why? TUG’s stream has nothing to do with the case. Nothing in or about it will ever go before judge or jury. If YF said anything defamatory, whoever was defamed can take it up with their lawyer in a separate matter, assuming they have any Lawyer funds left after fending off the Vic situation. Nobody in that stream has any inside info regarding the matters at hand. They are just nerds talking about a scandal in nerdom.

I don't think they can actually hurt Vic's legal case, but it must be said that Vic needs to maintain a groundswell of support. Gaters don't make a good impression, even when they are right.

I'm glad at least TUG seems to comprehend that.

I can only really watch Nick's streams and videos about this whole topic with Vic. Everybody else trying to cover it is either low-energy or sounds a bit autistic, least from the several different channels I've seen.

They're now on notice that something's going on and if they continue doubling down on it, when they file those fun papers that have timelines of events, they'll note the ongoing conduct as well as the past, especially if they're asking for some kind of injunctive relief.

I have no clue what's going on.

I make it a point to not watch anything on this outside of Rekieta, and maybe one or two others on occasion.

Why? Because if there's one thing I've learned, it's that gaters are cringe.

There's a number of reasons why I have a better feeling about weebwars over gg or cg, but one of the major ones is that it started off with actual lawyers (the other major reason being the stuff originates in Japan).

People like YFG, if given enough rope, will try and hang us all for their own self-aggrandizement. If he's acting like a faggot, I hope Nick tells him to shut the fuck up.

There is no sneaky Colombo’ing. While there may be different approaches, by and large all lawyers involved know what is coming . Law Matters tend to stay on script. As soon as that GFM was converted to an IOLTA the lawyers knew what was coming. Which is why I suspect Funimation likely called Ty Beard and associates to see what if any accommodations could be worked out pre litigation.

I will give Pridemore some credit, her story about sleeping with Haberkorn was 100% true, he confirmed it. Apparently she was a desperate ho afterwards though, so she's still a delusional cunt claiming it was rape.
