He is so full of shit.
Removing his stupid and ineffective soundproofing foam from his future apartment rental isn't the big deal that he makes it to be. Even if he was a complete idiot and stuck the foam to the wall by smearing Gorilla Glue over it. Taking off the foam squares would peel off some the paint, and that's not a big deal to fix. He could either spend the money to buy a small can of paint and paintbrush to touch up the parts of the wall where the paint peeled off, or he can just leave it as, forfeit getting his security deposit back, and have the landlord fix it.
Either he's so dumb that he doesn't know how apartment rentals work, or he thinks his audience doesn't know enough to call him out on his bullshit. Either is possible.
YouTube videos are just fanservice. That's why the content of the Twitch streams are dictated by what he's allowed to upload on YouTube without getting flagged by ContentID.
That's why, last week, during his last 10 Year Beggacy Retrospective Event, he refused to watch videos that would get flagged by ContentID.

I have been speaking with my Tax, uh, Guy, and he's stating that by the end of this week, he's going to tell me exactly how much I owe the Federal Government. And the bottom line is: the more I can pay out of that, the better the situation will be!

Basically, the way he's explained it is: the more of what I owe, I can pay upfront, is good! Because, if I pay that off, then that's less that the government can say, 'Oh! You didn't pay it on time!' And now, there's fees and interest, and everything that gets slammed on top of that!

It's very possible that if I can't pay off all the taxes, that there's going to be massive amounts of fees and interests that are gonna make it, basically, almost impossible for me to pay! Thanks for making a much better transcription, in the dedicated thread I did one and my brain hurt so bad after from trying to transfer the autism to written word, couldn’t be assed to clean it up after. If Phil peeled the paint off the wall he would be screwed.
Phil doesn't have money to fly his dad across the country to repaint the walls, and besides his dad is too old to travel.
It is well documented that Phil is physically and mentally incapable of applying paint to a wall by himself.

DSP is so fucking exceptional he doesn't even know that's not soundproofing foam. It's acoustic foam. Its supposed to help stop echos and such. Not protect his neighbors from his autistic sperging.

I went to check Twitch today and ‘I am currently banned from this channel’. I asked Swagginz on Twitter what happened and apparently someone tipped off Phillip that I was busy alerting Twitch staff to the fact that he is holding a PBS (Phillip Burnell Scamathon) pledge fundraiser on Saturday. Swagginz says Phillip dropped the ban hammer personally, after hours too?
Judging by the fact I refuse to give Phillip even a Venezuelan Peso, means there is little hope of me keeping it real on his Twitch anytime soon. I don’t care enough to make a troll account. Here Is to hoping Twitch drops this e-beggar! You are doing the Lord’s work everyone.

Too far at the front. This confusion happened to me before and I tried to laugh at it heavily, his baldness already visible from the front, until I saw my mistake and deleted my entire draft. It's just a light reflection. With his short hair the skin reflects it through them.

Does it even work though? I don't know much about area, but I thought I've read people saying that there's no point to just having a small little section like that covered because you still have the entire rest of the wall, plus every other wall, plus the ceiling and the floor to bounce sound waves off of.

It probably does nothing. The shape and size of the room will alter the acoustics but that is a pretty standard/small bedroom, so I’d guess there is no echoing going on in that room. If the ceiling was raised or the room was bigger or had pillars or nooks then it MIGHT help but all it is is some autistic egg cartons he hung on his wall to look professional.

It makes a negligable difference especially in a room that size with furniture in it. Also where you place is important to optimize the effect it has on acoustics. Any noticible improvement in his sound over the years likely came from his mic upgrade. Regardless it's not like he's recording music or anything where the sonic quality matters beyond being audible without distortion. Nobody cares about hearing pristine recordings of his snorts.
