Conspiracy theory: Greta wants to sell La Zorra to a coop to use funds towards paying off her TLL debt. She would be able to live there and use other people's money for all of it, and get some funds for TLL. That is just my thought, no hard evidence, but I just have a hard time seeing Greta giving up control of that land for no ulterior motive.

I think you've got it backward. More likely, he wants to transfer legal ownership of Troonblinka to a different entity to make sure it can't ever be confiscated or have a lien attached, because of that TLL debt.

So they want to turn it into a Troon ran self sustainable labour camp with no resources or anything to do there. Complete with cabins for the workers and a nice little desert plantation house for greta and nina to oversee their flock from.
Oh and there's going to be tourism there to support these transfolk. For a good price you can drive to middle of the desert and watch the troons toil away in the sands like some sort of ret.arded safari and I guess interact and take pictures?... I know where I'm planning my honeymoon. This needs to happen.

I think you both might be right in some aspects, close in others, and not quite in the rest.
From my reading of the posts, it sounds like Greta does want to turn La Zorra into a co-op. However, I highly doubt she'd use any revenue from La Zorra Co-opa to repay TLL. She'd rather tell TLL to kiss her someplace too impolite to mention here ?, especially since TLL has publicly stated an unwillingness to pursue any type of legal action to recover the missing funds.
Considering how the La Zorra property is in the middle of Nowhere, Desert California and has little value, I doubt anyone would want to seize it to repay a debt (though I'll concede it's stilll a possibility). After seeing the pictures earlier in the thread where La Zorra looks more like an illegal dumping ground than someone's desert escape, it would far more cruel to tell Greta, "Nope, we're not seizing this, you can keep it" just to make her suffer in that nasty environment.
However, between being ousted from TLL and her recent whining about being booted from some Troon FB group, Greta's hunger for power is likely growing more insatiable. As a result, I envision her wanting to start a co-op as a way to once again be in a position of leadership, authority, and/or power. After all, how better else to do it than to say, "I'm starting a co-op where every has an equal share in what goes on here. Just know my equal share gets to tell everyone else what to do. Now, who's with me?"
The only thing bigger than her ego and male bravado is her desire to live off the money of others.

They've always talked about Toonblinka being a co-op of some kind, but now they have even more reason to avoid personal ownership.
Setting up a co-op isn't the hard bit. The hard bit is finding people willing to do the work to make it a "self-sustaining community". Even Greta and Nina don't want to live there full-time.

Then they’ll need facilities, people won’t come out to the middle of nowhere to shit in a hole. They’ll need a reliable workforce, and that means paid staff. Advertising will be seriously needed.
