That was a wild ride. I went digging into someone unimportant just to prove they were indeed unimportant, and the moment I found their real name, google went from 'old Deviantart' to 'address, phone number, and the names, addresses and social media accounts of all of their family members'. They're still not important, though.
Iago
-Vice Principle of another company (or acting as one) that Ty can drag into the lawsuit because of him
-Has influence over cons
-Has influence over Funimation and RT
-Isn't employed by Funimation or RT, nor affiliated with a con
-Boasts about his wealth online
-Is unsuccessful with women because he's unpleasant and unattractive
-Has a high voice that Ty mocks
-Has said either nothing, or very little negative about Vic in public
-Thinks he's so far away from this controversy no one can prove he's involved
-Uses someone else to do his dirty work visibly, but has participated in phonecalls involved in the conspiracy, and has been witnessed doing so.
-No one likes him
-Hates, but uses Igor
-Reasonably has enough money to put up $200k for himself or sponsor Igor's lawyer
-Thinks himself incredibly clever
-Has threatened other clients of Ty with retaliation, and apparently harassed Ty's clients to get them to drop him.

Igor
-Is the saddest, most pathetic person Ty can think of
-Does Iago's dirty work usually, so that he gets his hands dirty instead
-Operates under the belief that Iago will protect him with lawyers if he's caught
-Iago won't
-Implied that Igor can't really afford his own lawyers, since he's relying on Iago
-No one really likes Igor
-Isn't Shane
-Is not in round one, therefore is not Monica, Ron, Funimation, or (probably) Marchi
-Is most likely male
-Could also be named Renfield(?)
Has the same unverified hints as Iago.
Anyway, with Round 1 revealed and the fact that neither 'I' is in it, I lean heavily to the theory that Adam is Iago and Sabat is Igor. If they're both VAs, though, I'm not sure who Iago is. However, since Igor hasn't been revealed, I think that all but confirms that Sabat must be Igor. He's the only other candidate people had for the possible Igor/guy getting his hands dirty on behest of someone else that hasn't now been eliminated.
Iago must be someone identified previously in discussion that Ty would have seen, because he stated that some people have figured it out, and that means one of the early guesses is correct. The hint that there's a third company which would have been unrelated to this drama if not for Iago makes me think it's Adam and Crunchyroll...but if it's really a VA, I'm really not sure.
