I only put my cautionary note in there because I don't want to give people the impression that just because she may be a subject of discussion next week, she's getting served next week. That's probably not gonna happen. I maintain what I said about her being low priority. She's probably not even so much a secondary target as a tertiary one.

Dear god, if they try to file a lolsuit against Nick, it'll be the most funny thing in the history of time.

... But if they file a suit against Vic, for something like Hostile Work Environment or some other squirrelbrain bullshit, would that cause any issues with his own pending lawsuit? Like, could they preemptively sue him to try and screw up his lawsuit?

First off, is this dumbass kidding me? He's run his mouth and proven to be an idiot on every relevant point he's tried to pontificate on, this comes off as the stupidest attempt to intimidate the other side ever.

Oh, good. At least this time, they're not content with the dope rush of thinking that they got someone that actually lawyers for a living in a massive gotcha that'll tank the entire case that's apparently a slam-dunk loss but also not a case because it's a front for a grift.

I agree wholeheartedly with this. Especially since he also adds that he's waiting for lawyers to tell him he can release info. He knows Nick is in contact with Ty.

He's trying to mock Nick, but in actuality, he's copying the thing he knows people are paying attention to (and not him) and simultaneously losing his mind.
