On December 27th, 2014, Christian Weston Chandler allegedly assaulted a GameStop employee with what is believed to be pepper spray. He did this after the employee threatened to call the police. Chris had been banned from the store for vandalizing a Sonic Boom display. He doesn't like Sonic Boom, and has been actively petitioning for Sonic Team to recall all Sonic Boom products, because Sonic was redesigned to have blue arms, instead of flesh colored. He says that this gives him sensory overload. Vandalizing displays was his way of protesting.
The video of the assault is recorded here. The original thread for this is here. The thread mainly involved discussion of, "what did he do to the guard on the way out?". It was later confirmed to be pepper spray by the GameStop itself, and by the next point of discussion.
A recording of a call to the local jail here confirmed that Chris is awaiting a Monday hearing. The operator also confirmed that it was pepper spray.
For using mace on the GameStop manager, Chris was arraigned the following Monday on charges of releasing a hazardous gas, a sixth-degree felony in the state of Virginia that can result in "a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both."
Chris was later released on bond; five days later, he got into another altercation with the Charlottesville Wal-Mart manager over his ban from there, and threatened again to use his mace. You can read about this incident here.

Okay, this thread is now open. I will expand the splinter thread list if needed.
This thread is for baseless speculation. Will Chris go to trial? Does this violation of parole assure he'll go to jail? Will he go to tranny prison or what? Will he drop the soap? If he drops the soap in tranny prison, what happens?
Discuss.
