Troons have a really high incidence of prolactinomas though so something certainly appears to be going on.
And also cyproterone acetate causes meningiomas but that's not used in the US.

Me too. There was a really beautiful male model who trooned out and looks horrible now. But at least there are still pictures of him when he looked good. Most of the gay men who troon out look way better than 99% of their straight fellows.

There's bisexual and then there's bisexual. A lot of troons claim bisexuality, but it's pretty clearly fetish driven and not their authentic sexuality. I would imagine that a bisexual man (who has had sex with and dated men before; dated is an important thing here because there are a lot of autogynephilics on bisexual forums who would never date a man) who decides to troon out is going to be pretty fem.
