I'd argue it's more or less a hedonistic, self-harm cult, the troons who suicide become statistics unless they can be used for political gain. Joshua Alcorn's suicide was used to ban "conversion therapy" in one state and as a push to normalize tranny kids, while the troons with inactive threads here who an heroed were used to lash out at how the farms literally kills trannies.

But most trannies who kill themselves become forgotten about. Nobody knows the name of that tranny who was a victim of TransLifeLine.

As for being a self-harm cult or hedonism cult there's more evidence to support that. There are a lot of trannies who cannot take care of themselves, living in trashy apartments and barely taking showers (with a bit of drug use here or there), the Eden Belmont thread is a good example. I've also known quite a few trannies who self harm, either as a tactic for attention or to get what they want (suicide baiting) or because they genuinely have mental issues. They also tend to have more STDs than the general population, and the same article brings up the suicide rate and drug use.
