I have not even seen any part of the original Japanese version of the 90's Sailor Moon anime. And what I wanted was to ride Viz's wave of "MoonDay" hype all the way through the 90's show, but ended up missing out on the mania instead, all because Viz will not stream to Canada. That exact "MoonDay" experience, which started on May 19, 2014 in the US, is what I want to reclaim. That date, May 19, 2014, is what my calendar has been frozen on all this time.
That has nothing to do with my offer to you. You seem to be afraid of making communications with other people. Honestly, it seems you are using the not streaming to Canada thing as a reason to not interact with others.
Sailor Moon is an important show to many people. I have been heavily involved in the Sailor Moon fandom, and I have heard many stories of how it got people through hard times, inspired them, and even helped them find out what career they want to do. It is actually wonderful that Sailor Moon is important to you because it actually connects you to more people than you realize.
Think of this. If Sailor Moon was real would she really want someone to use her as an excuse to isolate themselves from others? Sailor Moon helped her friends make more friends and realize their dreams and do amazing things.
Being discovered by this forum, and being labeled a "lolcow" might actually be the best thing to happen to you. MOST people here smile upon self improvement, and people willing to make changes to themselves. It is actually one of the most supportive environments I've ever seen on the internet.
I'll give you an example, I had a mental breakdown several years ago, and was barely in touch with reality. I was declared to never be able to hold down a job, and put on disability. Basically just put away.
But finding this forum (largely because I didn't want to become Chris Chan) , and help from a WONDERFUL therapist made me get back on my feet again.
I am now about to start my second semester of community college. On my last day of my first semester my grammar teacher told me that I was a brilliant student, and she was honest.
This was from a girl who a few years ago was told by a professional physiologist that I would never be able to hold down a job.
Give people a chance, and don't give up on yourself. We don't want you too, and Sailor Moon wouldn't want you too either.
