[Confirmed] Chris's recent Walmart altercation - Updated

If this is true, it's less "touching the hot stove again" and more "pouring gasoline over the stove, lighting a match and rolling around on it."
 
You know, it's really sad that things have gotten to this point. Watching videos of old Chris from years ago, he was basically a big goofball, just a nerdy, overgrown kid that was essentially harmless, while simultaneously creepy and hilarious. But that Chris is gone forever now.

The Chris of today is just an antisocial, malicious, entitled little punk. He's not just an amusing guy in a clown shirt who's obsessed with Sonic, he's withdrawn even further from society and has notched up his anti-social behaviors. Apparently, Chris doesn't care if he hurts other people, and even being arrested is not enough of a deterrent to make Chris control his behavior.
 
Legal question:

Would the police have returned his pepper-spray to him after he got sprung from the clink? Or would they have kept it either as evidence or as confiscated property?
 
Remember when the biggest Chris drama last year was when he posted She Came for Wild? Remember that? Remember?!

They're probably holding it as evidence.

EDIT: Providing they found it when arresting Chris or it was otherwise voluntarily turned over. It's entirely possible he threw it out. Or hid it. Or something like that.
 
If he's just shouting at people, he'll probably just be kicked out of the store. He's been doing this sort of shit for weeks. He's not the first crazy person to cause a scene at a Walmart.
 
There is a reason jails exist. They are for antisocial people who cannot or chose not to function in civil society, and actively harm others around them. If Chris fits this profile, then jail is where he should probably be. Chris needs to learn that he can't actively hurt other people or act out in public and lose control. Unfortunately, the only way Chris learns things is the hard way, but that's Chris's fault, not society's fault. I would rather see Chris in jail for a few months than see Chris physically assault a member of the general public, or be harmed himself in a fight or by the police.
 
Oh for the love of......ok, so if it is confirmed that he is being like this again, then it proves that he needs to be with some sort of supervision at all times. Does he realize that when he is out on bail/bond and he does this again, he may go back to jail and this time, he could be held without being bailed out until his next hearing?
 
Also, calling dibs on the publishing rights for "Christian Weston Chandler's Prison Chronicles".
 
At least he threatened people with pepper spray instead of using his pocket knife.
Now THAT would have been his end.
 
This is like watching a car accident in slow motion and you're roughly at the point where the pedestrian's head is rebounding off the car's windshield.

But if he's shouting at them while holding up a pepper spray and threatening to spray them, that's another story. We'll have to see.

Yeah, up until now I've never been an advocate of gaol for Chris, but if these reports are true, he really and truly can't control himself anymore.

The cops probably kept the pepper spray, but it's my understanding that you can buy pepper spray over the counter here in Virginia. On a side note, I'm glad that Chris's weapon of choice is Mace instead of a knife or firearm. Barb owns at least one handgun. I hope that Chris doesn't get ahold of it.
