Yeah, up until now I've never been an advocate of gaol for Chris, but if these reports are true, he really and truly can't control himself anymore.There is a reason jails exist. They are for antisocial people who cannot or chose not to function in civil society, and actively harm others around them. If Chris fits this profile, then jail is where he should probably be.
The cops probably kept the pepper spray, but it's my understanding that you can buy pepper spray over the counter here in Virginia.
