I gotta say that if Chris did actually fuck up like this then something really must have snapped inside of him.

Being "sassy" and pepper spraying a guy because you tested it on yourself isn't that surprising for Chris when you think about it.

But going out only a week after and threatening people with pepper spray again right after being incarcerated and having to go to trial just seems... off for him. That's such a ridiculous level of aggressive malice.

If you consider the number of times Chris has been wrestled to the ground in his adult life by security guards and what-not, you'd be sensitive about being approached, too. Not that it justifies anything Chris has (or may have) done. I'm just saying the guy is now preparing for confrontations for his mind-numbing stupid quest to see those blue arms erased from history.

Tackles for everybody.

I'm thinking that if this was Chris (and it's still not confirmed that it was) he may have been in wal-mart to pick up a few things for himself and barb for there refurbished home. Chris was browsing when an employe recognized him and asked him to leave. Chris being Chris panicked and went for the pepper spray, however instead of spraying an employe he bolted. Because he didn't want to get arrested again. He's probably at home playing with his legos or ps3.

Let's go ahead and assume that Chris flipped his shit at Mal*Wart earlier this evening and that he got arrested. His bail money would not be forfeited since the purpose of bail is to ensure that he shows up for his original trial.
I don't think that's right either. See:
https://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+19.2-132

If the amount of any bond fixed by a judicial officer is subsequently deemed insufficient, or the security taken inadequate, or if it appears that bail should have been denied or that the person has violated a term or condition of his release, or has been convicted of or arrested for a felony or misdemeanor, the attorney for the Commonwealth of the county or city in which the person is held for trial may, on reasonable notice to the person and, if such person has been admitted to bail, to any surety on the bond of such person, move the appropriate judicial officer to increase the amount of such bond or to revoke bail.

Or in other words, the state would have the option to revoke or increase his bail, though it wouldn't be automatic. I have no idea what's most likely in practice.

While I believe Chris needs some jail time just to learn to be afraid of doing this shit it's still going to suck not getting any content from him while he's locked away.

Yeah, I'm kind of an asshole. It's hard to feel bad for him when he just got out of police custody for doing this exact same shit. He's shown that he's willing to use pepper spray on people just for looking at him the wrong way so yeah, my main concern is my own personal amusement. Fuck him.

He probably was wearing the orange Parappa cap thinking he needed to add to his disguise since the last one didn't work out so well.

This has just made me appreciate how much more standardized my local PD's radio communication is. Generally in a situation like this they'd call in that they're "Clear from the Walmart" or something.

It's probably unrelated, but about 7 minutes into this there's a brief mention of an officer going to a "trespassing complaint at the mall". The mall is about 5 minutes away from Walmart... ;)

...I fucking hope not.

but as they already say, the parappa cap burned in his house and the pepper was confiscated(altough he can buy another one)
i just hope this was just a false alarm and hope chris is in home and safe

My point was that his bail money would not have ended up forfeited to the state. He would definitely be forced to pony up more cash for a few more weeks of freedom until his trial date arrived.

Well I go out an be social for a evening and I come back to this...

While it's not confirmed yet, this is par for the corse with Chris being the entitled man child he is, and something I expected to see happen, just not this soon. I really need to stop having anything akin to optimism when it comes to Chris and if the reported incident is even partially true the last iota of sympathy I had for him is well an truly gone.

I am on the record as saying Chris has gone from laughing stock to public menace with the last incident, and it's been apparent for a long time that Chris needs a handler one far more capable than barb as she is way past the point of caring about what he gets up to. He needs to be monitored on a second by second basis when he is in a public environment because he will prove to be a neucance wherever he is.

If this is Chris related, he now needs to stay confined. Not for his own good but for the publics for the last 15 years he has been a unwelcome addition to people in the local area an a problem for local shopping establishments and he is now well past the point where he is just the local difficult crazy, he is now a legitimate public menace and needs incarnation.

I'm sure that this has been happening ever since chris started getting himself extra attention with the tomgirl thing. It's not even clear to casual observers that chris is dressing the way he does because he's trying to be feminine, he just looks like an extra weird guy who can have only an inconsequential amount of spending cash and is probably going to ruin your workday if he doesn't go away soon. The difference is that now he's frightening people with a weapon. I'll bet you he didn't acquire the mace long before he managed to get in trouble at gamestop with it.

Its a shame chris doesn't have a tard wrangler, it would save him so much pain and whoever had that job would get to laugh their ass off every day, the best stuff we've never even heard about probably.

I gotta say that if Chris did actually fuck up like this then something really must have snapped inside of him.

I was just looking over some of the Sonic Boom comments he's been making over the past couple months, and one theme that reappears is that something must be done quickly, before the public acquiesces to the change. He feels like the moment for action is now. He consistently says that something must be done "immediately." He feels like he's under the gun. I just can't believe how important this is to him; it's as if his life depends on reversing this change to a cartoon animal.

I'm a little surprised that no one has beaten him yet with all the ruckus he causes.
Because unlike Chris, most well-adjusted adult human beings understand that assaulting another person carries severe legal ramifications.

only real thing that might give credibility to this is the fact that thetan's source is reliable, and there aren't that many other people who look or dress like chris on this planet, let alone in his specific area

My original source of information hasn't been able to get any updates yet and I haven't heard anything from my other sources. It's possible that something happened and Chris skulked off home afterwards, where he crashed into slumber. It's still all speculation at this point until there's some kind of an update from Chris himself or I get more substantial information.

Wait...so you're saying we're all here refreshing our browsers and waiting with baited breath while Chris may be at home doing absolutely nothing?

This is probably just some drunken redneck acting up in the store. Drunkenness and Redneckery happens alot down there in Charlottesville.
Our Pet Lolcow has probably been playing Barbie Horse Fetish Adventures all day and doesn't even know this Non-trovercy is going on.
Thetan got a report that Chris was spotted in the Charlottesville Wal-Mart yelling about pepper spray and it matches what we heard from the police scanner. The alternative is that someone spent countless hours listening to the police scanner waiting for the perfect opportunity to temporarily trick the forums into believing Chris got kicked out of Wal-Mart. Take a damn chill pill mate

Wait...so you're saying we're all here refreshing our browsers and waiting with baited breath while Chris may be at doing absolutely nothing?
We're fucking hoping he's doing absolutely nothing.

To be fair... if Chris was threatening people, it'd likely be self-defense
Would that be his definition of self defense, or the actual definition? Because there seems to be some disparity between the two.

That aside, I agree. No matter how autistic Chris gets, I don't see him going out and threatening people with harm unless he specifically felt like he was threatened in some way.
