Outside of the kinds of socialists that only advocate for small community-based collectives, anyone who actually understands socialism isn't going to be or stay a socialist for very long. Most people just hear "free shit" or "magical utopia" and don't think beyond that. Socialism is just a shitty religion that promises paradise on earth rather than having to wait for an afterlife. It attracts a lot of the same muppets that would have been crazy religious kooks in decades past. When you look at a lot of other inane beliefs (white/male privilege, etc.) that modern socialists almost always hold you find that they're quite similar to ideas (e.g. original sin) found in prominent religions.

I couldn't agree more. Everyone has a utopian idealism when they're young, then if they've got any sense and life experience, including an understanding of human nature, then they can't in good conscience actually support socialism. (I place community collectivism outside of socialism, though it does tend to attract the bleeding heart types or glory seekers.) They approach their attempts at political domination with a puritanical zeal, that I've come to think of most of the loon leftist as cut from the same cloth as the people who used to round up women on trumped up charges and burn them as witches. Same sort of mentality.

Same reason I can't respect anyone who is incapable of forming their own opinions or is willing to approach their own bias and try to look past it. I try to understand both sides of the political spectrum, even if I'm admittedly right wing, and sometime hyperbolic in that regard. (More so to trigger people, so I can laugh at them. Rather than being immovable on a position.)

Globalism hit the British seaside resort towns exceptionally hard. A lot of them eschewed their fisheries pasts for tourism and boomed during the early 1900s, because only the very wealthy could go abroad to the riveria. (Hence the reason tanning became popular after centuries of whiteness being in vogue.) The result of cheap airfare and open travel meant that Spain and Portugal started to soak up all the sun seekers, and all of these coastal towns with a huge infrastructure and no native industries outside of tourism started to wither and die. It's just another way that the local and national government failed the people in these areas.

Point in case, if you are ever in Essex, go to a small town outside of Clacton-On-Sea called Jaywick. It had been built in the 1930's due to the holiday housing boom, and so a lot of the houses in the old part of town are single occupancy beach cabins, that are meant for summer use. People live in them full time.

The tourism is what made the area wealthy originally, as it has a collection of some really nice quality beaches, especially for the Essex coast. But with quick n easy holidays abroad, the industry crumbled. The area is so deprived in terms of local industry and business, that the unemployment rate is 85% over all, and it's the most deprived area in the whole of the south east.

Sargon's arguments are quite alright to be fair. He brought up Poland which was a pretty clear "trap" and Sherratt fell for it, ended up substantiating to his argument. Encouraging youngsters to make more babies and promoting family values doesn't sound socialist, Sherratt. Did you flip to the top centre? Perplexing how somehow Sherratt thinks lots of immigration is needed to sustain a market. Has he ever heard of dunno, the race of slants? Japs, Chinks, and Kims are doing rather well without much immigration, if not barely any. They just mentioned Poland though...

As for Botswana, yes they are capitalist, more so than the surrounding nations, so are many of the "livable" African countries such as Namibia and Zambia. Different to both the latter is that Botswana heavily focuses on the mining industry, whereas Namibia is a mixture of two and Zambia has a pretty sound farming industry on the rise. For contrast, we have Western Australia, very high GDP there due to the mining industry, and it's all possible because WA was previously one of the largest welfare niggers of the nation. This will allow Sherratt to make a case for assisting in infrastructure building, and claim the higher living standards is rather due to the abundance of precious minerals, instead of just a capitalist system. Too bad Sherratt isn't educated enough, I wonder how my Applebee's waiter would have responded to that. Infrastructure building is a soft form of imperialism, because some form of exchange is usually required, so I guess Sargon would be smart enough to spin that out?

BTW, all this is me pulling stuff out of my head. I could be wrong or even horribly wrong on some issues. Didn't search anything up as obviously these face-to-face discussions wouldn't allow. Would be gay to pull stuff from online and respond to such spontaneous discussions, as gay as those JewTube "response" videos. I think I gave both sides a fair shake.

If Sargon approached the rice-steaming coal-burning aut-right with the same level of honesty, he would be more bearable. Or rather Sherratt is young, uneducated, and inarticulate, thus even Sargon did well against him. Not trying to say the likes of fag lover Spencer is that, but cmon.

I don't see why he'd care. He's advocated for this style of deplatforming in the past and now its coming in and it's hitting a lot of different people, and it's finally getting rid of his hated enemies, "muh alt right" youtubers, or people who have been smeared as such because they're not part of the alphabets anyone to the right of Obama is an internet nazi.
