So according to the TCPA, Tammy only spoke to Monica, got a story from Monica about an ex-employee, spoke with two congoer girls - like cosplayers of some sort - and then two witnesses of something.
My best guess is that the two witnesses are related to the jellybean incident, since it's the 'worst' of them. The two congirls wouldn't need a witness, because they could corroborate their stories, and there appears to have been no investigation into the ex-employee's story, because it happened off of the premises at an undisclosed location between two consenting adults, and the one who he kissed was never even spoken to about it.
Here's the problem. Samantha is an irrelevant behind-the-camera Funimation employee from the 'nobody cares' department. She has no reason to be
1 - present for a private date between two co-workers
2- at a signing
or a panel where Monica and Vic are at a con
3- outside of her little troll cave at all, really. I doubt the witnesses are related to the
one story that already involves multiple people who can back up their stories with each other
What I'm getting at is that I think Samantha's just lying about her involvement in the investigation, and about the investigation itself, to perpetuate the idea that Monica and Ron were spreading about how it was
super thorough and extremely professional and involved dozens of men and women.
And I can prove it! In that post itself, she links a redacted story that looks suspiciously like a prototype version of the Mari Iwajima story and claims that's 'one single sample' of the stories in the investigation. We know now from Tammy Denbow's own sworn statement that's a lie. She investigated and heard from no other story than the three we already know about.
Granted, there's one time Tammy (Tammi?) says 'among others' when referencing who she spoke to when investigating those stories, but I don't see any merit Samantha could bring to a discussion about any of the three stories, as she couldn't have been present for any of them. And since she lied about what stories were
in the investigation and fabricated a SWATting, I'm inclined to believe she's a ruddy liar.
What on earth does she think he's done that is a disbarring offense? He's not involved in the lawsuit, he doesn't have any professional obligation here. Even if he leaked all sorts of stuff from Ty, AFAIK none of it has been privileged, and even if it was I don't think they revoke a law license without a client complaining about it. And Vic is not Nick's client.
I'm pretty much positive this is the 'legal surprise' she said was coming for Nick (so good job continuing to further prove civil conspiracy, you idiot), and she's either stupid enough to think that this is like suing him, like Armzgurl does, or she thinks that deposition gives them the opportunity to humiliate him with questions. It's rather hard to believe they
actually think they'll find anything in the GFM after they wasted an hour and a half trying to get something out of Vic about it and got literally nothing.
I mean, the GFM is going to an IOLTA. It isn't possible for there to be anything of interest involved in the GFM. It's a total waste of their time.
