History:

Mike LaBrie, known also by his username VegettoEX, has been a Dragon Ball fan since he saw the second episode of the Ocean dub of Funimation's Dragon Ball Z English release. As he watched the series along, he wanted to know more about the series and turned to the budding internet for answers. He's been collecting information (and merchandise) ever since. This includes fansub VHS tape trading.
In 1998, he created the VegettoEX’s Ultimate DBZ website (which later became VegettoEX’s Home Page). The website gained a positive reputation by other Dragon Ball fans (if not anime fans in general):
http://www.angelfire.com/yt/gohansdragonballpage/VegettoEX.html
In 1999, he turned the website into DaizenshuuEX (named after the guides released in Japan) and the site's reputation as the premier Dragon Ball information site. The golden era of DaizenshuuEX occurred after the refurbishment of the website in 2003 and lasted until LaBrie merged the site with fellow Dragon Ball fansite, Kanzentai, into Kanzenshuu on April 1, 2012.
In the late 1990s, Mike had an abrasive and outspoken personality when it came to the "Sub vs. Dub" debate (which he has admitted to on Kanzenshuu's podcast). Having switched entirely to the original Japanese version via fansubs, he viewed the dub as an inferior product and did not have a positive opinion of those who were fans of it. In this sense, he has this "elitist douchebag" aura when it comes to the debate. In fact, he recently watched the English dub of DBZ Movie 8 when it was in theaters for a limited time last fall, fifteen years after it was first released.
This trickled into how he ran the website, too. For example, DaizenshuuEX (and early Kanzenshuu) had a word filter in its forums that turned any dub term into the original Japanese term. The word filter no longer exists, but this shows the autistic degree Mike will take things.

TL;DR Mike LaBrie is a Dragon Ball subfag.

Trivia:
His favorite Dragon Ball character is Appule:

As such, Mike voiced him in TeamFourStar's DBZ Abridged as a cameo (go to 1:17):

A Note to Mike LaBrie aka VegettoEX:
You don't get to play tyrant to protect a bunch of liars or virtue-signaling career arsonists and transform a haven for Dragon Ball fans into an institutionalized hugbox like Pretty Ugly Little Liars.
You have abused what authority and influence you have to silence and censor others.
You have made enemies as a result.
Think about that.

It's also on YouTube.

That photo again... It's an old photo, shot on a stage with stage lighting and prop walls, aged in a box, scanned and then uploaded, any "mistakes" and "discrepancies" can be explained that way, Don't make a mountain out of a molehill.
I brought the photo back up because when compared to a photo we know is from that same alleged time frame, he looks different. It's possible Michelle had the wrong year when she said that picture was from 1989, it looks to be from later, which would throw everything else in her story off.

Wait that orca is rich? Instead of blubber, it's gonna be leaking gold every time it gets harpooned
Probably not in anything a lawsuit can touch. High net worth individuals like Ren’s Daddy often establish trusts of wealth* in their children’s name that can effectively be used to draw an income from. Just looking at Ren’s living arrangement I would expect she has assets held in trust of anywhere between 8-12 million dollars unless she is regularly dipping into the principal. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is so let’s assume that maybe she has a before tax income of between ~$52,000 to ~$70,000 so about half that after the tax man gets his pound of flesh. Once again she may be dipping into the trust’s principal for stuff like that European vacation, but I don’t think she is doing that for basic living expenses.

Here’s the rub, even if daddy wants her to please stop, he can’t. That trust is hers and Daddy cant touch it. Neither can a lawsuit unfortunately, in almost all cases to my knowledge trusts can’t be targeted in lawsuits.

*wealth is assets which can generate income. Don’t confuse money for wealth. Having a lot of money is not the same as being wealthy, just ask lottery winners.

Ty striking all these exhibits for not being authenticated gives me new insight into why he was so insistent that he get Ron's tweets authenticated. He thought Casey might use this line of attack because it was something he would do if he were in his position.
They cant do the same with Tys twitter evidence since they were to stupid to produce the evidence they had to produce.

I’m way too amused at the sheer number of exhibits Nick was able to claim heresay on in those TCPAs. Can’t wait to see how law twitter responds if the court strikes as much as he did.
how hard can it be to get some employment records from a school...

how hard can it be to get some employment records from a school...
I'm guessing if he was there it was as a volunteer assistant, not as faculty.
Probably going to have to produce a program of the show hard evidence of his involvement. Unfortunately no such documentation could exist for her other claims so we are still ultimately left with he said she said Kavanaugh claims from 30 years ago.

You bad at math? she makes 100k+ a year if she has a trust of 8-12m
Also Vacations in europe arent that expensive. its way cheaper than in the Us, just the flight is expensive.

Ty striking all these exhibits for not being authenticated gives me new insight into why he was so insistent that he get Ron's tweets authenticated. He thought Casey might use this line of attack because it was something he would do if he were in his position.

Law Twitter likes dunking on Ty for being some Texas bumpkin who doesn't know what he's doing, but notice that everything he does is about evidence, what needs to be in and what needs to be out. He doesn't give a shit about being made fun of by the likes of Law Twitter. He's just tending his garden with expectations in the long run, not faildunking on people for a dopamine hit.

You know what’s funny about this story, she says the name of the play is “the mousetrap”. Now I’m not sure if there actually is an Agatha Christie play by that name but anyone with any background in theatre immediately thinks of Hamlet when someone mentions a play called “the mousetrap.”

Hamlet Act 3, Scene 2
Basically Hamlet tried to bluff Claudius into admitting his guilt with a play that recreated how Claudius murdered Hamlet’s father.

Maybe it’s coincidence, but I wouldn’t put it past the exceptional people on Kickvic to actually be that obvious with their plans. They do seem to try and behave like comic book villains some times. Maybe she thought that if she made up a story that she thought was plausible then in her mind Vic would do something that confirmed his guilt on some other nebulous incident. But meanwhile in reality, methinks the lady doth protest too much about getting BTFOed.

There is indeed an Agatha Christie play called The Mousetrap.

I think it's important to keep present the fact that this all started because a fujo bitch wanted Vic to sing some disgusting shota hentai fanart
Thankfully there seems to be a happening right now on /h/ apparently there's new regulation in the Netherlands about depictions of underage characters and they will take down sadpanda which is hosted there.
Source
I fully support this since this sudden change in hentai regulation means less degenerates and fujo obsessed cat ladies will spawn to trigger shenanigans similar to what Vic is going trough right now!
Yes!, I am not freaking out right now and I am not downloading a bunch of my favorite tags while the site is still up... I am 100% not doing that.
