If I had to guess it's probably because normal, (mildly?) attractive, nice people don't support drug habits and engage in weird sex acts as readily as ugly, maladjusted, mentally ill freaks. Cheating is never just about sex or physical attraction, it's about feeling restricted and unsatisfied with one's life as a whole.
