I also see that Handstab has made Claire even more troony looking. All the girls start out sort of normal looking and end up as ear gauged butches, so at least he's maintaining consistency.

At first I thought it was joke because they talk about how Patrick is addicted to heroine but the erst is just an autistic retelling of the original creepypasta.
