Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

That's one of his many rants on Megan, and I have noticed something - In every one of them he demands his DVD's back (if she has or had them it's not the point of this post) is he more pissed at her that she supposedly has some of his stuff an that's what's made her akin to Mary Lee Walsh an added her to his own personal Axis of Evil or is he genuinely pissed off from being his sweetheart? Because in nearly every rant he focus's on the DVD's more than anything else.

The DVDs are something physical Chris can obsess over. It's much easier for him to articulate that "Megan is a thief" than "Megan has broken my heart by resisting my advances".

He did once say he wanted Julay but he also wanted his ps3 account back. Chris is very obsessive for his stuff. He honestly thought that by choosing Julay he would get his account back as well. Of course he didn't want her because he cared for her, he only wanted her china. So yeah, basically Julay was just a sex toy for him as well as a money maker.

I had a random thought. What's with this sudden explosion of arbitrary threads about trite thoughts new users always seem to have?

Something that has been going through my mind for quite some time:

Even after the shortest glance, you can tell Chris' art is terrible. Be it comic or a regular artwork, there is no composition, no grasp of anatomy, no understanding of correct coloring. Nothing. It's just one huge homunguous mess of fridge-art.
But the Emily Date has this little conversation:
Bob: I wish I could get- find out what Christian's really good- well, he’s pretty good in drawing
Emily: Yeah.
Bob: And writing.
Chris: Yeah– he- she should know; she- you’ve- you should know; you've seen a bunch of my artwork.
Emily: Yeah! It’s really good! All my- all my friends like it, as well.
Bob: He’s creative… but he’s, um... I- I guess you know he’s- he's high-functioning autistic… and, um...

The moment someone approached my son claiming to like his toddler-style doodles, I'd be really careful...
I guess (or rather hope) Bob was being polite und 'sticking up for his son' or something when it comes to the art, but I simply refuse to believe that Bob was so far gone that he'd not understand how basic his son's grasp of art is.

Also the 'I wish I could get- find out what Chrisian's really good [at]' line really gives me the feels. At that point, Bob obviously still had hope. He thought he'd just have to figure out what his son's place in life might be, what his talent is and where his hidden potentials lie and then his son might finally start out to be successful.
He kinda sorta admits his son hasn't yet really proven any bigger talents and the fact he thinks he has to look on his sons behalf... (:_(.
Then again, maybe I'm, just overanalyzing stuff. :\

I think I see what you are saying. I am sure that being Chris' father made Bob think Chris was better than the average person would think. That seems natural.

But Bob did seem confused/suspicious about why people "liked" Sonichu. But he was old and probably similarly confused about why people like Sonic and Pokemon. So I think there was a bit of "It seems kind of shitty to me, but a whole lot of these new-fangled cartoons seem kind of shitty. Maybe people like it."

The alternative explanation, that people from all around the earth gathered together online to poke fun at the crappiness of Chris' work probably seemed just as implausible to a pre-internet generation guy. He seemed to attribute trolling to some kids at the GamePlace bullying Chris, which would have been a much more familiar concept to him.

Also, so much of the info Bob had about the whole thing was filtered through Chris, which does not enhance the reliability of the story. I think Bob was always confused about Sonichu and trolling and a lot of stuff in Chris' life.

I'm slightly curious about Fattys Lego.

I know that he re-creates his world in Lego. His town, his school, hell even his "friends". But does he actually play out little dramas with them? I can easily picture him sitting down for several hours playing make believe with his little toys. Acting out the life he wished he had...

Tell me he's not really that pathetic, please.

I'm so sorry.

I'm not really sure. During collection phases, I'm pretty sure he doesn't have time to play pretend and act out his fantasies. I think he just focuses on collecting legos to build his perfect high school / city / mall / whatever.

As far as I can tell, the deciding factor is: will he ever have a lego world that he considers perfect? Like, will he ever be satisfied with his lego world to the point where he'll actually sit down and actually play pretend with it?

I'm not sure.

I hate to break it to you, and this may be Kierkegaard level depressing, as in existential fucking angst as to the very horror and fear and trembling and shit that yanno, just existing brings upon us.

But yes, he's really that pathetic.

And we are only marginally better.

That's the thing, though. Maybe Bob saw in his sons work some sort of endearing quality. Like, it wasn't good art, but he knew how passionate his son was about drawing (at least I assume Chris was at some point passionate about drawing), so maybe Bob actually appreciated the doodles not for ther artistic quality but rather the passion Chris (seemed to have) poured into them.
Maybe he thought the Comic caught on cause poeple thought the childish style was cute or they wanted to support a 'special kid' or something.

And at this point I know I am overthinking things...

@Lego (Mass)debating:

Wasn't it somewhat confirmed Chris uses Lego instead of his comic books to live out his little fantasy world? In that case it'd be somewhat of a necessity to 'act out the stories in CWCville' (ie: play with his Lego) in order to 'stay in contact with Sonichu'.

Will the avatar of your's ever feel content with his consumptions and just stop and enjoy life? Lego in particular (and hoarding geekdom in general) seems to have more or less the same addictive stranglehold on him as *yawn*

A few questions, that a few people want me to ask:
1. It appears that Chris-Chan tends to treat Sonichu and Rosechu, as well as other characters, as real. Seeing how much time the man has spent with little human interaction and focusing so much on the comics, do you believe that he made Sonichu and Rosechu tulpae?
2. With his more liberal thinking, do you believe that he is still homophobic as always, or do you believe that he has changed?
3. Because he's now transgendered (technically anyways), which is frowned upon in the Christian church, do you think he's become atheist?
4. From knowledge of trolls and obtained records from them, what kind of porn does he watch?
5. How does one meet the man?

The idea seems to originate from the movie "Who framed Roger Rabbit?" and Chris started to think like that when he still had regular(ish) social contact. His isolation might have elevated the issue, though.
2. With his more liberal thinking, do you believe that he is still homophobic as always, or do you believe that he has changed?
He seems to be cool with them, now. He went to a gay club on Halloween. It needed quite some time to get used to it, but apparently, he's accpeting them.
3. Because he's now transgendered (technically anyways), which is frowned upon in the Christian church, do you think he's become atheist?
I think he wasn't really going to church that much in the recent past, but it seems the Church he went to last was somewhat accepting of those things. His religious believes seem to be rather important to him.
4. From knowledge of trolls and obtained records from them, what kind of porn does he watch?
The disgusting kind.
Well, to be honest, I have no clue. I guess a lot of Lesbain porn... I might be mistaken but didn't he buy some vintage porn or something at some point?
5. How does one meet the man?
Why would you do that? Also: Ruckersville. It's not like Chris is a globe-trotter that spends half his live exploring the world...

1. Chris probably doesn't know what a tulpa is, let alone how to create one. For a manchild as prominent in internet subcultures as he is, he's very ignorant about the depths of the web and some of the weirder stuff out there. I was honestly very surprised he even knew he could advertise as an independent sperm donor, let alone actually try it
2. Chris and other men is a weird area, he's not homophobic in a gay hating sense but in a literal fear of homosexual men. He also hates men in general because he can't stand competition and legitimately believes all men snap up potential sweethearts that should be his by rights
3. I don't think he's an atheist. If you asked him he'd probably say he was Christian still, just not going to Church because they're prejudiced against his tomgirl look. Not the fact he was an abrasive asshole, honest. Truthfully, I don't think he cares, or puts much thought into religion. It's entirely abstract, Chris can barely handle concrete thinking
4. Why the fuck do you want to know? Vanilla as you can get, with some shitty lipstick lesbian crap that's barely above softcore on the side. Again, Chris isn't very good at the internet, so he couldn't find weirder. Not sure he'd like it either
5. See, this question combined with number 4 makes me question your intentions mate. But, if you must know, Chris is very paranoid about trolls. Just walking up and talking to him would make him confused and maybe even a little frightened. Your better off leaving him alone anyway, tracking him down is the height of weenery

Chris doesn't literally see Sonichu and Rosechu.
2. With his more liberal thinking, do you believe that he is still homophobic as always, or do you believe that he has changed?
Chris loves gays.
3. Because he's now transgendered (technically anyways), which is frowned upon in the Christian church, do you think he's become atheist?
Well, technically he might not be transgendered. That's up for debate. Anyway, assuming he is, there's not really "a Christian church". There's many, many Christian churches. Different churches opinions on transpeople vary dramatically, from welcoming with open arms to strong hatred. Chris' church doesn't care either way, I believe.

And as far as Chris himself goes, his tomgirlism hasn't affected whether or not he believes in god. (He's kinda leaning towards the idea that god cursed him with a penis in this life for having been a lesbian in a past life.)
4. From knowledge of trolls and obtained records from them, what kind of porn does he watch?
Chris barely watches porn. He used to maintain a sizable porn collection. I suspect his tastes in porn were similar to how he chose his original major at PVCC: completely at random.

He did (or does) maintain a subscription to Playboy. That's probably the most honest expression of Chris' sexuality (aside from him wanting to be fucked up the butt) I've seen. As far as pornography goes, Playboy is for twelve year olds.
5. How does one meet the man?
Are you a girl? Can you go to Charlottesville to meet him? If you can meet those two requirements, it's not very hard.

What's going on with this consistent theme of "mind blankness?"

He's mentioned it in the past as a symptom of his autism, but it seems to be something he's mentioning a lot more nowadays, and it seems to be giving him more grief as of late. He even made that drawing with him imagining himself imagining himself to demonstrate the feeling.

Is this just the same god-dang autism that he's always had, or is it possible that it's symptoms have become more pronounced lately? Maybe his life is increasing in genuine stress (house fire, arrests) so that's exacerbating it?

I'm kind of concerned about it. The way he describes it it sounds more like presenile dementia (although I don't think he has that, I just think he's mentioning it more often).
