protip: those assisted suicide programs are intended for people who are so old and weak (or heavily disabled) that they literally dont have the capability of doing the deed themselves. if you're even halfway functional then it's a complete waste of time, just go jump off a bridge or building instead

That's not actually true. The intention of assisted suicide programs is to allow severely disabled or elderly people with no quality of life or incurable, debilitating diseases to die with dignity. Even if they are capable of killing themselves, they can access assisted suicide so that they can be secure in knowing what will happen (no chance of surviving with all your limbs broken like with a fall) and have the dignity of dying in a hospital with their friends and family around them. Some countries (the UK I believe is one?) consider treatment resistant depression to be sufficiently disabling to be considered for assisted suicide. iirc a troon was recently euthanized in assisted suicide due to severe depression caused by multiple failed surgeries.

(Not saying whether or not I agree with that, just saying how it works!)

I read something related to this recently and it struck a chord with me: why the fight for tranny rights is an inherently uphill and arguably self-defeating cause. The crux of it is that generally speaking it is far easier to get people to stop doing something than it is to start making them do something.

Gay rights just require a person to go about their day and leave someone else alone. Troon rights require you to change how to address someone, change what you consider biology and reality to be.

Technically, when the concept of "non-binary" was formed, it wasn't a specific gender you could identify as. It was a description of how gender itself could be conceptualized. So if you believe gender is traits that fall between masculine and feminine, that us a binary system of gender. If you believe there can be third categories unrelated to these two poles, that is non-binary. The hijra might be considered non-binary, for example, because they don't really become women but rather their own separate class.

But then tumblr tardos who misinterpret every academic concept started misusing the term as its own thing. It usually means, to them, that they have a blend of masculine and feminine qualities, rather than one or the other. Which is of course retarded since basically nobody is a walking gender stereotype.

In just about 5-10 years we are gonna see a fuckton of Parricide / Matricide. Troons disgust me but, I make a point to ignore them unless they are actually approaching me. That been said this whole forcing you're child to troon thing is gonna backfire in an epic manner. Speaking in terms of a society were going to see a lot more of the social problems extending from troonism but, when these kids grow up realize their parents let them trade being a man for a stink ditch things are gonna get ugly. First one passes as a very unfortunate woman if you don't concentrate too hard.
