The real negativity here comes from when people push themselves into the situation and start bragging here for asspats about what they're doing (or cause the cow to run off and hide, e.g. Bulla).

So sending someone a word of warning about someone they may not understand is a different story.

I'd say reading her responses would make him sweat a little, but he's so arrogant I'm sure he thinks he's going to win whatever challenge she presents.

Yeah, it's always good to ask if you want to stay on friendly terms. But I doubt it matters, she's been made aware of how vile he is, and it seems like she's taken up the cause of shutting him down in a legal sense. What makes this hilarious is that when Russ gets fed through the legal meat grinder, how badly he'll scream about being bullied and discriminated against when he started the whole thing. I would like to know the whole story about what happened between him and Skye. We know the major points, but I'd like to know the sequence of events. Was she even hiring? What exactly went down? I doubt she's gonna come here and dish, but maybe we'll find out via a third party. I hope she's public about this. He's unemployable in the legal field thanks to his antics and displayed incompetence, but he can still get McJobs. After this, no one will touch him out of fear of he's a hostile work environment suit waiting to happen and he brought it all on himself.

She has so far avoided engaging with him at all or even mentioning him- a very common and useful tactic when dealing with creeps like Russ. If she decides to go the other route I think it would still be better to let her decide how, what and when she reveals it.

And in general when we're talking about victims of Russ I think it's just good practice to avoid posting anything they may have said privately other than to give general information (i.e. "I happen to know this person and I've made sure she's aware of Russ's history"). They didn't ask for this crap just because they happened to interview a terrible candidate and not hire him without realizing he's a nutjob.

My big fear with all this has been that Rusty somehow loses access to the court system. I said early on on this thread I thought it was his outlet to attack women. He has either sued or threatened to and it’s kept his imagination going about how he can get payback from these evil creatures who only exist to suck his dick, and won’t. I thought he could get much worse without that outlet; back to his high school hit list days, before he became a legal eagle.

OTOH, he seems to be branching out anyway, so maybe it makes no difference. I do think it’s important to think about unintended consequences.

Yeah, I'm worried about that too. I'm sure he's feeling assured of victory right now, like he always does when he starts something, but when the complaint is dismissed (and it will be) he might conclude the legal system is hopelessly biased against him, and that's when he'll go the mass shooter route.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread lately, because frankly FB boomer Russ is rather boring. I've just caught up, and must say that this latest endeavour of his is hilarious.

Seriously, what a sad existence he has. It appears to be mediation only to engage with someone. Just gold. It's the same script, just a new mark.
