We are committed to each other and even though not many people understand we are doing what works for us and feels right. We will eventually meet face to face. He has been there for me through my health issues and fully supports me in my weight and health journeys! He is working through his own personal journey and has commitments he needs to be present for where he lives.

Let me paraphrase; we met online because I spend most of my waking hours sitting on my ass, pursuing the internet. I am totally expecting this man will save me from myself, even though we haven't met. He sometimes texts me when I am in the hospital which is often because I get infections from my inability to wipe my ass. He is a drunk and a drug addict and is thinking maybe he should stop. When you're that fat, there is no "sizing up," at least not in any sort of clothing that pretends to be cute and stylish. Oh I fully agree. She is one of the more functional fatties due to having a degree (in accounting) and a job. Kandy speaks in a more persuasive way that gullible fatties gladly eat up. I think she covers more audience than Jen because of higher intelligence and this ability of not sounding like a complete isolated shut-in (like Jen). But once in a while you get a real glimpse of her: bitter about people not seeing beyond her size, in denial (at least on camera) and unhappy with herself. I watch her comment section right after she posts and some moderately critical comments sometimes get through and they immediately get the highest number of likes. IIRC there's a higher risk of preeclampsia as well. I've known some heavier (like 220 lb or so) women who went through pregnancy OK, but they were younger, had no preexisting condition and had no problems getting preggers to begin with. This woman sounds like she's got some underlying health issues that would complicate things.

Oh yes, a woman I worked with in the 90s got that, and she was only a bit overweight before pregnancy, probably a BMI 28 or so, nothing like the levels of obesity you see nowadays that people think are no big thing. She developed GD and after that it was treated as a high risk pregnancy and she had to stick toa very careful diet and still ended up with an overlarge baby. Not sure anyway what happened afterwards, but she never came back to work, anyway, despite planning to.
