This reminds me of weebs in a way, specifically weebs who think they know everything about Japan because they've studied it. There's lots of weeb horror stories about overzealous Americans learning Japanese off the internet and correcting actual Japanese people's grammar, or criticizing real Japanese cooking, or generally acting like they know more about Japan because they've "studied" it.
People always laugh these sorts of individuals off, because everyone knows no matter how much time you spend trying to learn about Japan, it won't make you Japanese. Doing rituals associated with living in Japan like eating the food and learning the language don't change the fact you're from Texas, and neither of your parents have Japanese heritage. It's a very simple fact that there is no substitute for lived experience due to the circumstances of your birth. You can never really understand what it is like to be a real Japanese person who grew up in Japan, and because of that you can never claim to put yourself in the same category as those who have lived that experience.
Troons are like weebs, but instead of wanting to be Japanese they want to be girls.

I'm pretty sure all over the top anti-circumcision men are like that, they're pretty loud on the internet and I've seen a foreskin restoration reddit where they all have massive chips on their shoulders. A normal circumcised guy might think about what it might be like to have a foreskin once then get over it.
