These steps were already brought up in his Manifesto. Seems he takes shit written almost two centuries ago as his own holy gospel because to this day he's stuck aping Marx's rhetoric and suggested methods. He didn't even bother updating the steps after publication so he either dismissed all the criticisms or only discussed it in furry tankie bubble.

Because of the large LGBT presence in furry fandom and much of its modern roots being formed out of that community, yeah, you'll find most furries tend to be left of center, so conservative furries tend to stick together and be more vocal about their views in a way that lefty furs weren't until fairly recently. Cigarskunk is perhaps one of the most prominent examples that comes to mind.
