The one thing I hate the most is when lawtwitter tries to prove someone wrong, is instead of citing shit and being civil they go full sped and get their legion of speds to harass and berate the person either asking questions or that just disagrees, glad most of them are failures IRL and are only successful at getting asspats from dumbfucks on twitter.
Kathryn Cuntson is the worst at this, asking dumb questions to get the person mad that already answered her 2 IQ questions. Then quote tweets and dumbfuck bankruptcy sees it then quote tweets it too and the person gets harassed more and more for mere disagreement, but no, were the baddies.
So here's the thing about lawtwitter and the whole group which I figured out using about 4-5 Tweets getting into it: they think they are better than everyone else. Let me explain as I stated the obvious. So these people are qualified to defend people and know the textbook to play lawyer. Like any job, that's only about 10% of what you need to know and 80% of what you learned is crap. There are people who don't transition out of that phase and that's when you think you know more when you do.
This really is what makes Nick stand out because how good you are at something isn't how well you know it, but how well you explain it to others and these people just can't. They think they can, but they just can't and even make citations to help understand their reasoning. From years of experience, it often makes you look dumb and you think the other person is dumb because of it. And the best part is when you get someone who actually is dumb with this stuff it pisses them off even more due to the sheer wall of wanting to pull their hair out.
The best part about all of this if these lawtwitter clowns shoved their egos up their anus, there probably would be a lot of interesting points to talk about on the opposing side of this lawsuit. For example, I don't think there is a single lawyer looking into this who should say that was a good TCPA hearing. I'd say that even if the judge passed everything through. You just have to know that your side isn't the only side and not everyone will agree with your points and to respect that. Nick did say he'd love to talk to someone who disagrees, but not any of those guys on Lawtwitter for good reason.
To steal a quote from South Park "You're saaad that people are meeean? Well I'm sorry, the world isn't one big liberal arts college campus! We eat too much; we take our spoiled lives for granted, feel a little bad about it sometimes! No, you wanna put up all your shit on the Internet and have every single person say "Hooray for you!" Fuck you. You're all pricks."
God, that needs to be something plastered everywhere because it's so goddamn true. These people really don't give a shit. Like who the fuck cares if someone is a little mean to you. Do your feelings hurt? Suck it up and it'll be over it on a day or two instead of crying on the internet about it. Ain't nobody been hurt as much as Vic. And as much as I want to say his "friends" backstabbing him, losing all those roles or cons, or the fake allegations hurt Vic the most, I'm going to take a bet it wasn't any of that. I'm willing to bet it's all of the people both strangers and maybe even old fans/friends pointing him out as creepy. I don't talk much about old high school being bullied days, but if you are exposed to something even if you know it's false, there's a point where you start to believe it.
I'm not a bad looking guy, but I'll never see myself as attractive. Sorry to powerplay, but that thought alone makes me absolutely think of what kind of dark path this tale may have gone had it not been for the thousands of people standing to support him. Even if it wasn't enough to pull the trigger, I don't think he'd still be the person he was and still is.
