What about any potential gift certificates etc. (Nintendo EShop or whatever it's called) that he later used to purchase games with? Unsure what the consequences would be, but as far as I'm aware the accounts he uses for on his Switch/Playstation are all personal accounts that he just so happens to also use for his business (and would of existed prior to him becoming and admitting his business was a super srs bsns)

If he then uses that something of value to buy something for his business activities, he can write the expense off on his taxes. For example tt would be massive tax fraud to accept a $150 gift certificate to a fancy restaurant from one customer, not report it off on his taxes, then take a client out to a business dinner, and write off $150 in food as a business expense.

I don't think anyone has talked about this here yet. Kat got Phil a desk calender as we all know. The calender this year features pictures of birds.

You may ask yourself, "Why birds? When has Phil ever talked about his love of birdwatching?" Well in reality, (Kat somehow thinks) Phil loves birds. You see, they even had a birdfeeder on their porch. Sadly, they had to remove the birdfeeder due to the rat infestation epidemic. Phil apparently has rats.

Keep in mind, that's the game he's currently playing on stream.

He just said that the game he is currently playing is so terrible that they shouldn't be selling it any more.

Phil bitched out and actually ended stream early (for the 2nd time today) b/c of RugalBernstein/EvilAJ. So he ended both streams ~30 minutes early and apparently had a super long break on 1st stream (people were saying 40 minutes...I'm assuming it was more like 30, but could be wrong).

I was just about to post about these street fighter streams....it’s honestly so pathetic. I almost feel bad for shitting on him because he’s ultimately just trying to play one of the few games he’s actually competent at...but he’s just such an asshole about it. I’ve never seen someone be such a massive douche about a game because they are good at it, he clearly boots this shit up for the sole purpose of stroking his ego.

I also love how he shits on street fighter V again after losing in street fighter alpha 3 and shitting on that game and calling it “the worst” it’s almost like he legit doesn’t like street fighter outside of 2, or he’s winning at the game. Like one of the only thing this dude seems to like is fighting games and I can’t name a fighting game besides SF2 that he won’t venomously shit on.....

I think "competent" is too strong of a word. Decent, maybe, at best.

The other interesting thing I've noticed about him playing fighting games is that since he doesn't do tutorials ever, he's always absolutely floored whenever a fighting game doesn't play EXACTLY like Street Fighter 2. He just cannot understand them at all. It's generous to say he understands the mechanics of SFII, but he definitely doesn't understand fighting games that aren't SF2.
