I almost wonder if the reason he hasn't brought this up in a REEmergency yet is because we found out about this before he did so he thinks it's all made-up detractor nonsense. I just find it weird how he hasn't been crying DEFCON 1 over this when far less serious problems have had him crying like his life is about to be over.
At the end of year Phil is having a "podcast" where he will talk about some behind the scenes things going on. I'm willing to bet this is when he will unveil the news and a bullshit story to go with it. Due to Phil's exceptionalism sticking to schedules, the news getting leaked early has no effect on him.

At least a decade ago Phil was driving on the highway. He had a leg cramp and was barely able to drive perfectly fine and nothing happened. He could have died that day because his leg had a cramp dood. Phil self diagnosed his leg cramp as a symptom of his mysterious debilitating back injury that only appears when he is expected to do any physical activity.

Keep in mind he only had this leg cramp happen one time in his life. This makes highway travel impossible unless someone else drives him. His leg and back are perfectly okay if he is the passenger.

I love Kat's facial expressions while he tells this story. What a loving relationship they must have.

He still has never admitted that he's being sued and foreclosed on. This shocks me. How long can you drag this out?

Until he considers it advantageous to reveal. @Slander Man makes a good point with the "podcast". That's a good bet for the reveal. The only other question is how he plans to actually address it (or does he).

I think he is trying toi figure out how to spin it - because it's been implied that he needs this money for taxes and bills like a second mortgage, and since he let that default - meaning he was lying about it to his chairs, he fears a revolt.

Between this and the fact that he had Leanna (or her mother?) drive him during the move to WA due to his bad back, I swear.... The more you find out about the pigroach, the easier it gets to pity/despise him. God literally hates this man.

This man that seems to have wished upon a monkey's paw for e-fame and $100k+ a year.

DSP reminds me of a couple of 65 year old men that I know about that one day decided to sit down in their recliners and figuratively (and quite frankly, nearly literally) didn't get out of them until they died several years later.

More like because he doesn't want to get pulled over and then ticketed because Pig refuses to fucking wear the glasses or contacts he needs to legally drive.

He is just lazy. He might have been told he has a bad back but he has taken that to the extreme so he can get away from doing the most basic shit.
He can't drive a car for 10-15 min, but can flail around on the couch for hours, t-posing and rocking back and forth like a spaz?

He also has a fucking chair in his shower because of his back. So standing for 10 minutes is pure agony for him, but he has no problem walking around the mall for an entire day with his horse.

He's still milking a fake injury is my guess. Since Pig is the type of coddled scumbag who'd commit insurance fraud.

The way Phil used to sloppily write his nightly meals onto a dry erase board schedule, I am convinced he has a board of the whole year and jots down his planned quarterly "worst situation ever" begging episodes.
For birthday week 2020, I think he is going to drop the news that, "I really need about $30,000 within the next month. Nevermind what it's for. Anything you've heard is bullshit slander."
The next quarter, he may up that total even more since gene pool rejection shitstains toss him money regardless.

With Phil's merry band of wheelchairs it's anyone's guess.
He could simply be honest and admit he was lying to his fans about financial issues because detractors somehow, we all know they wont fuck off.

I'm guessing it will be the classic tale of someone fucking with good ol' honest hard working man Phil Paul Burnell, while he himself did nothing wrong. He will make it seem like the world is against him because everyone around him is a fucking unprofessional idiot, and his wheelchairs will eat it up.

Whatever he does he will get away with it. His fans knew he was lying about Jasper for a year. His fans know he's begging for money to pay for bills but he goes out to eat multiple times on his off days. There is no chance in hell this makes any retard wheelchair roll away.

If Phil had detractors as vicious as CWC, he would be done by this. This would end his career. But with Phil for some fucking reason everyone wears kids gloves. A guy that knowingly scams wheelchairs, manipulates children and unstable people, broke the law by tax fuckery, got people like Tevin and TXT yeeted off Twitch via gay ops, and I could go on if I wanted to. Somehow this guy is less fucked with then a guy that at the very least has actual autism, believes in dimensions merging, wants to fuck his imagination and is literally retarded. For all the crying Phil does about trolling, I would give my nutt to see him get fucked with by people like BlueSpike.

Phil is a lot better with not disclosing what trolls do to him, though. So, we probably don't know how much he gets fucked with. I suspect about as much as Chris, there's a good amount of people that really hate Phil. Remember how paranoid Phil is, as well. We know he barely goes outside. He's also probably afraid to answer his phone and stuff like that.

A big difference between CWC and DSP is that 90% of DSP's income comes from no-strings-attached donations from individuals who know they're giving it to him and have a choice. 90% of CWC's income comes from (basically) no-strings-attached donations from individuals who don't know they're giving it to him and don't have a choice.

If Leg-Breaking loan collectors were still legal he wouldn't be in this situation

During a mortgage related financial crisis in the late 80s (Sweden) I recall that all banks tried to drop all bad debt like a hot potatoe.
When the bank could not collect, folks like Hells-Angels set up mortgage companies and bougth debt from folk exactly like in Phils situation for cents on the dollars.
They for sure knew how to get the people to pay up :-) True story.

Better than crime even, you make lots of money and it is all perfectly legal (except perhaps some of the methods to persuade the guy to pay up.)

will something happen or will be a big nothing like with cwc court cases?

Big difference is that everyone knows CWC has no assets and never will have any. He will never have any income to garnish either.
I think CWC is bancruptcy/collection-proof.

Doing some quick research, according to the Mayo Clinic, with proper exercise and treatment, a herniated disc can heal itself in 6-8 weeks. If it persists for more than 8 weeks you need to seek serious medical treatment. Phil has been milking this for over a decade.

The back injury is a lie. He might have hurt his back a long time ago, but he is fine now. He is perfectly able to drive, he can lift more than 20lbs, and he doesn't need to sit down in the shower. He rocks back and forth because he has something wrong with his brain, not his back.

Like so many other things, the back injury is an excuse to play the victim and give explain why he can't do something.

Why did Phil stop paying his mortgage? It's the helicopter plant's fault for firing him. It's the condo association's fault for letting it turn into the ghetto. It's the government's fault for the housing bubble burst. It's YouTube's fault for the apocalypse. It's the trolls fault. It's Machinima's fault. It's the tax guy's fault. It's the credit card company's fault. It's the bank's fault. It's everyone's fault except for Phil. He did nothing wrong. He did everything correct.

Is that "podcast" today? I saw no mention of it on his Twitter.

Maybe it's just the nostalgia glasses, but I really feel like Ben Stiller in Heavyweights is one of the most underrated comedy performances of the last few decades. He really put some depth into a character that easily could have just been a stock kid-hating fat-hating cliche. But you really feel his motivations, you really feel how being obese at a young age and having a disapproving neglectful father really affected him, and you feel that even though he's gone too far and creating an informercial and making money is his primary goal, deep down inside he knows what these kids are going through and he wants to help them, except he doesn't really know the best way to do it since he didn't have that guidance in his life.

Or maybe I just put way too much thought into that.
