Hard to say with this guy. He's going on 400 pages on his blog at the moment. Went through a few minutes ago and he was talking about purposely denying a cat medication in hopes that it would "die sooner". I've known of the whole SJW thing on tumblr, but I honestly haven't paid attention to it (mostly because I don't have a tumblr ). At first I thought all this stuff was over exaggerated, but Christ it's true in some cases... I'm all for equality, I really am, but when you end up attacking people out of "equality," then you're obviously going too far. You're not fighting for justice, you're just being a prick.

I'm honestly surprised a tumblrina would play Cards against Humanity, as you say the whole point is to offend everyone else playing.
Also, that story reeks of "never actually happened". The dude played the card, everyone was offended but laughed because that's the point and the tumblrina decided to make up a story for her blog so she's match her required "I TOTALLY SAW PERSECUTION HAPPEN YOU GUYZ, I'M SUPER CEREAL ABOUT SOCIAL JUSTICE" quota

Sample 1: Pedophile who has traditional gender roles reversed in their head.
Sample 2: Idiot who does not understand the wife jokes that a lot of comedians have.
Sample 3: Sperglord who watched the Nostalgia Chick's review of Mulan and took it as gospel truth.

A diagnosis is actually more of a boon than a curse. Having an actual diagnosis means that there are more resources available to you so long as you have a piece of paper from a professional that says you have it.

So either this dad is so self-conscious that he didn't want to go through the shame of having his child labeled as having Asperger's, or this kid doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about.

Teachers can't and should never diagnose their students (and by extension their children). They leave it to people like the school psychologist, people trained in this field. All they do is screen and do preliminaries, and they can only remark on what they see, not what they think.

So yeah, if the statement is even close to true, the dad failed to do his fucking job correctly.

The idea that any special ed teacher would refuse to have their child diagnosed is positively ludicrous. These are the very people who know how much help their program could provide to a child with an ASD diagnosis, so it makes absolutely no sense that they would refuse to take them to a specialist.

So much of that post stinks of bullshit. The lines "trouble with social interactions" and "obsessive over my interests" sound like they're simply miming things that they've heard other people say. If that was all it took, I'd be autistic too.

What really gets me, is why don't they go get a diagnosis now? They're clearly old enough to seek out something like that, so why not?

Oh right, because nothing in that cap is true, except for them being a loser.
