I've never seen anyone contradict themselves like this heifer does. She goes from saying how she's eating whatever she wants and has only changed her portions to saying she now eats almonds instead of Pringles etc. I don't trust any of her weigh-ins and never will. She's going to be another Eric Hites, gaining enough to hit over 600lb after 12 months of this bullshit.

Though I'd like to point out that with her TDEE of ~3300 calories and her having just 174 calories in a 4 day span, she should have lost 4 pounds of fat over the last 4 days alone. Of FAT. Not just water weight. Gorl's logging is a lah.

Further playing with calculator - according to her logging, she has eaten as much as her TDEE over the course of her entire 7 days of logging. So over the course of a week, she has apparently eaten maintenance for only 1 day. She should have lost 5.7 lbs of FAT. Not water weight. FAT. I am highly doubtful. And I know she's a lah, especially when she stated she was only eating hot dogs and carrots and not logging them because they don't count for anything.

Jen has been down this road before on Keto. She gets down to 510 or 500 and she quits. Amy gets down to 430 or 425 and she quits. Give them a few weeks or a month and see what they do

Oh that’s great I haven’t seen that. I do think though it would be brilliant to have a reaction cows thread made for all these beauty parlour cows together as it’s very limited if it’s just in response to ABL.
