One of the sources comes from the Kiwi Farms Wiki, which was created by Samuel Collingwood Smith, a.k.a. Matthew Hopkins, a.k.a. Vordrak.

It's important to note that this isn't the first account closely related to Furry Valley to accuse Null of being a pedo/pedo-promoter.

The whole "Null paedo lol" thing, as I understand it, came from logs from Blockland that no one is even sure is real (and I personally remember later being admitted to as fake.) They were then copied over to his ED article and ED is not a place you're supposed to take seriously either.
So the claims vary from extremely shaky to outright false.

considering how new the account is, my best guess is that they were originally an RP account up until some time in January 8th, where they converted straight into a FV defense force account.
EDIT: I thought it was originally Jan 4th, but it was Jan 8th.

this is absolutely correct; So much so that Kuroodod actually got DMCA'd by Nintendo because (IIRC) he was making physical copies of Oversexed Eeveelutions with an ISBN.
