Chinese IMDB has removed Chernobyl on account of people talking about wuflu

That...says several things, none of them good.

Here it is where they say 22,000 confirmed cases OVERALL: it could always be an error in translation, but the translator definitely says 22,000 confirmed cases.

I have also recorded the pertinent part and uploaded it.

If the one who recorded this was you, you are reading a startling amount of fanfiction right now.

If not, lol, what the fuck?

With mainstream media having its hands tied due to china lies, I can't tell if I should be happy or sad, that this and /pol are unironically some of the best sources for information about the Wuhan virus.
World has well and truly become a sick joke to laugh at in its retarded death throes. I cannot wait to see if the media gets its shit together or continues down this route of downplaying when everyone's coughing up around me, dying, or turning into zombies.

That sounds like an amazingly fun time with a disproportionate amount of private mails waiting for you.

I get more responses than you might think. I'm also contemplating writing a fanfiction where there's a Roman senate scene à la Julius Caesar, and the fangirls start stabbing JJ Abrams, only to find to their horror they've stabbed Kylo Ren.

Back on topic, that video of constructing new hospitals reminds me that, even though they might find new spaces to put the infected, it doesn't make a whole hell of a lot of difference unless they have the medical supplies necessary to keep them stable and alive. Last I heard, there were hospitals begging for additional (basic) supplies.

Ok, be honest with me guys. On a scale of 1 to Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru, how bad is this whole situation? I'm 60% sure it won't turn into a post apocalyptic mess, however hearing how it has spread, a downplay by the media and some of the end results of this virus, I admit, I am getting worried.

Mass panic will cause more problems than the disease itself, and everyone will feel like a retard for panicking afterward.

This is very much likely the case. I feel autistic and retarded enough as is for getting the occasional shake at the thought of this shit. Life can and will fuck you over, though.

Supposedly >300 new cases in the first 6 hours of Monday.

Also;
"At present, a total of 32,799 close contacts were traced, 583 were released from medical observation on the same day, and 30,453 people are currently under medical observation."

The question is how many does it take until that mass hysteria stage. There are quite a few videos of people going nuts at grocery stores as is. If places like shanghai an tanjin get closed down things are gonna be really interesting.
