I can totally see him still pushing his musical abortion with words in it. If we're right and it was the Hough family he harassed, they probably told him they wouldn't pass on his song and to go away. So it's just like Taylor and her agents. She doesn't know that her evil family isn't letting her hear the musical genius that is Russell "God's Favorite Idiot" Greer. He certainly does not believe he's in trouble. Remember this is a man who considers himself not only "basically a lawyer", but also "pretty much the best". His delusions likely lead him to believe he will crush his opponents in court and that they will rue they day they ever dared to challenge a legal hotshot and really cool guy named Russell Greer. Oh, what I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall of his lawyer's office during their meetings.
I will say though that I am surprised he is still promoting his Julianne Hough song. As much of an idiot as he is, I wouldn't think he would still be carrying on about it if she or one of her family members were actively pursuing criminal charges against him. Maybe the charges don't involve her at all like we suspected. If they *do* involve her though, and he's still pushing out his stalker song, then I think I could safely say that would be one of the top 3 stupidest things Russ has ever done.
Again, @NipplelessWoman, thank you so much for coining that phrase. Russ thinks everything he does is justified, and if you oppose him, you probably just don't understand what he's trying to do.
You can bet the prosecution is aware of his Instagram and is monitoring it regularly. Either he's banned from Facebook or his parents made him give them the password to it and they changed it and won't give it back until this over. Russ has no self-discipline, he's not staying off it on his own. He couldn't resist the chance to "tell his side" or "set the record straight". Something or someone is keeping him off and I'm dying to know what that is.Any good lawyer tells his client to immediately get off public social media when there is an active legal matter, whether civil or criminal. I’m betting his dadttorney just phrased it as “no Facebook” because he’s a boomer who doesn’t know what Instagram is, that Russ didn’t tell him he had an Instagram as well as a Facebook, or a combination of the two. Plus, if Russ disagrees with that advice, he’s just going to do whatever he wants anyway. Lawyer probably has his Facebook login and Russ probably thinks he’s slick with the old “but he didn’t SAY I couldn’t use Instagram!” bullshit.
