Here’s what gets me. Randazza and Wolman have taken up some significant First Amendment legal battles over the years. Randazza in particular has been willing to represent unpopular parties and taken on formidable foes in the name of protecting freedom of speech. It fucking pains me to see these two associate with this Baby Huey-looking deadbeat dad and emoji abuser. How can their judgment be so deeply fucking flawed? I genuinely hate to see it.
This has been killing me ever since they entered into this. Very wtf for me.
Human variability. We see T. Greg as a con man because he is spouting off misinformation and general jackassery.
Randazza and Wolman probably saw a lawyer getting attacked for saying his opinion. Naturally they felt sympathetic to him.
How they got convinced that the DMCA lawsuit was a good idea is beyond me though.
Then they should have sided with Nick Rekieta, because he was a lawyer being dogpiled by pieces of shit like Douchette for stating his opinion.
Yes to all of this. It made no sense. Like at all. Randazza is known to go against the grain and the position they took was completely opposite.
Frankly, the long term reputational hit from advancing such ludicrously bogus legal arguments should have outweighed any short-term grift, especially from a penny ante huckster like Douchette. Why would you want that on your record? I'd rather defend a dozen Anglins than one Douchette.
The more I read Randazza's and Wohlman's tweets the more and more their facade of being first amendment warriors go down the drain. The shit Marc posted about HIPPA made my blood boil. It's amazing what happens when the curtain gets pulled back and they are just as worthless as every other lawyer in the sea. In the end fuck them.
Thinking for yourself is always the best. Surprise surprise. Paying 200k for an extra degree so that people think you are super extra smart only separates the retards from the non brain dead.
