Don't get me wrong, I understand noise violations and by laws and all that, but like, why is he choosing to live in a place where he can't do what he normally likes to do half of his waking hours, since he wakes up late and goes to bed in the early hours. Link or anything about that. I just don't ever recall hearing Phil complain about his HOA having quiet hours that would his affect his business dood. But I call bullshit on that too. I thought most places had a noise curfew start around 10pm-12am, never heard of having 'quiet hours' in the middle of the day. Then again I would think "noise" would be things like running lawn mowers or having parties with loud music. Not some dude playing video games and chatting with people online. Even so, maybe this is just a top tier gated community and I'm just a dumb fuck moron who doesn't know how the world works.

Phil being naturally unnbearable I can't even put the re-streaming as background noise due to his alcoolism and ''allergies''.

The throat clears and lip smacks are now so fucking constant; that's half of his insipid commentary.

And now he's pasting his insecurities about having the main character cross dressing is cringe and will be painfull, and that the big sweaty big guy with the chain gun is so much more awesome. He's either a closeted homosexual or has the mind of a 12 years old.

He lives in a middle unit, if the walls are thin, his neighbors would understandably want him to shut the fuck up.
