If they do have AC it was added later. AC being installed in new homes in western washington was pretty rare before the 2009 recession. It was even more rare in the type of development like phils where a company just has 2-4 different house designs that they shit down as many as the local government will let them in whatever land they bought. I just checked a couple new developments that went up in the last year that I pass on my way to work and they sold out almost as fast as they could be built for 520k-600k a piece and they are slightly larger than phils condo. And none of those houses have AC in their listings.

Phil lives in Unit #30 not Unit #17 that you linked to. Not really sure how you ended up at Unit #17 as the post you quoted has the correct link and under Heating & Cooling only lists: Forced Air Heating.
Phil does not even have central air. Also Phil is such a useless fagot he pays someone to change his furnace filter for him

He just got tips/cheers about the WWE future endeavors and didn't add much of anything besides updating the leaderboard.

This is one of those things that makes following DSP's shenanigans interesting:

It (in this case: the vest) starts of as a spontaneous one-time thing, DSP runs with it but completely exploits it to the point where it becomes this awkward, forced happening, and he ends up annoying himself with his own actions while trying to seek out stuff to blame it on. Classic.

Btw, only caught the last 30 minutes or so, but he was being a really pissy bitch, moaning about trolls and stuff who for some reason really pissed him off today.

I've never seen someone hate video games and having an audience more than DSP. He can't make good commentary, refuses to interact with even silly questions from his fans who give him a cheer, can't play without complaining about how the game isn't straightforward and calls the developers idiots at any opportunity, gets irate over trolls, can't answer questions and play at the same time, gets abusively angry when anyone asks him to put in effort ect. He finally finds something that his fans respond to and he wants to piss all over it as soon as it inconveniences him slightly. It's an enigma how this shit is profitable.

Perhaps rainbow, but I think DSP is very very very slowly starting to come to the realizations that we all came to several weeks ago: that he is totally fucked and this bankruptcy will not just be a "get out of debt free" card.

Our hero half a mill Phil treated us particularly well with this stream session saying that he "toughed through it" despite a sore throat and the scorching heat in his business office. It's truly an inspiration how he always keeps his spirits high to deliver the most positive and chill content for us and he doesn't even expect us to tip him (even though it would really help a lot). Always dealing with those nasty trolls and relentlessly pushing those buttons for our viewing pleasure. Don't you even dare insist that he's not busting his ass with every breath he takes because he most certainly is! Okay?
